Cedar Point 2013

Why guess? Just wait for someone smart to figure it out for us :)

There is also a picture of some boxes if you go to the main On Point Blog screen.

Because looking at some of the guess.es crack me up, no offense to anyone.

I saw the boxes as well, can't read the labels like usual

Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!

^ Thank you!

Where are these boxes located at the park?

So what's up with the numbers on the blog:

"Hopefully another hint will brighten up your day. Don't let us throw you for another loop...

0 7 91 97 21 2"

Loop. Its going to have inversions which include a loop.

I may be reading too far into this, but I believe that this clue is simply telling us it is a ride. If you pair the numbers like so:

0-2000

7-2007

91-1991

97-1997

21-1921

2-2002

Now if you pair the year to the ride that was new that year, you get:

2000- Millennium Force

2007- Maverick

1991- Mean Streak

1997- Chaos

1921- nothing

2002- Wicked Twister

I like your thinking but then why would 21 be there if there was nothing?

If somehow 0 = B then you get
B&M SUB.
makes zero sense.

In 1921, a new carousel was installed.

How did you come up with that?

Seven is & on the keyboard and then for M and S you cycle through the alphabet. I'm probably wrong but I just wanted to throw it out there.

Obviously the 21 means that the coaster is going to stand 21 feet tall.

Maybe. Usually, CP doesnt plan that far ahead. But i think we all hope that every year had a new coaster.

^ Not me...you're crazy. There is more to parks than coasters. And obviously they don't plan that far ahead. You're preaching to the wrong choir.

First, if they could put a new coaster in every year AND still have money to do other park improvements, it would be the ideal park.

Second, there is one reason I can think that they would plan that far ahead. A record breaker such as a 500 footer.

But isn't that approach kind of awkward? You're hinting at a new coaster in a clue to a coaster for next year? It'd be like hinting at Millennium force when you're trying to hype people up about Magnum back in the late 80's.

I think the code might have to stand for rides, but if it does the 21 would have to be referring to 1921. I do find it strange that chaos and a carousel would be encoded, when they aren't coasters. I realize the idea behind the codes isn't to necessarily say it's a coaster, just to say it's a ride of some sort, but why go through the trouble of a code to do that when it really doesn't reveal anything?

If you do some math. you can end up with 1029. thats the day after the park closes. so maybe when the ride will be a announcement.
