24 more hours till we know for sure!

I am also interested in the location of the station. I was hoping for the station's location to be where disaster refreshments are, but it looks as though the station will be right where disaster transport's lift was located. This doesn't really "open up" the beach area. We won't be sure until we see the animation, but I was hoping for a new midway to stretch out towards the beach, with the ride and station more in the area of Space Spiral and Disater Refreshments.

true. I was calling it cement more based on what it looks like than what it's actually going to be built out of.

Does anyone have any guesses on the length of this thing? We know it was reported via the memo to be around 170 feet, which sounds about right.

But my goodness, this sucker is long! It looks over 4,000 feet.

Sorry Walt, I just came across that link and couldn't find yours! I'll have to watch it on my iPhone tomorrow though! Couldn't convince the fiancé to go to CP instead of the fair - bummer.

I will be watching Walt! Love what you did on opening day, I'm sure your coverage will be better than anywhere else!

I just got a text saying less than 24hr till the announcement and had that same CP mobile stream link.

From looking at the picture it looks like it could be a little bigger that 170 ft. My guess is somewhere around 190-200. It would be awesome if it was over 200 feet. Wicked Twister is 215 feet tall and by looking at the picture it looks like it could just be at the 200 mark. Maybe a tad short.

Didn't anyone notice the alt text when you hover over the DT demo picture on this site? I think Jeff is playing the game now (or has been all along. "GateKeeper"

I'll be watching on Pointbuzz's live stream tomorrow. I'm banking on higher quality here. Someone made a video of Gatekeeper. :)

OK, I held out as long as I could and finally peaked. :)

I must say, I'm very impressed. The improved entrance looks fantastic, and Gatekeeper looks very, very fun. I can't wait to see what the whole area near the station will look like.

Is it just me, or is that not very much that takes place after the MCBR...more like an ECBR (end-course)...a little dip, then into a turn that takes you up and into the station?

The pictures look impressive.. I'm getting excited.

I didn't put the "gate" in Gatekeeper in reference to the park entrance gates.. the name seems much more fitting.
