Does anyone have a picture of what the station looks like inside for Wild Eagle or X-Flight or any other Wing Coaster?

I don't know why there is hostility to people that bring up coaster count. I mean, we are supposedly enthusiasts here, shouldn't we want CP to have the most? Especially now they they are tearing down old garbage ones to get better ones!
I like the count as much as the next guy, but with the count, CP also brings world class coasters. I would much rather have 1 or 2 fewer coasters than have the most half assed coasters.
Check out the new blog post! "How do you recover from a Disaster?"
Do you think that the park will be busy on the 13th?
Favorite coaster: Millennium Force
Favorite flat: maXair
Mondays usually are quite busy in the park, do to people taking long weekends. Good marketing sense would be to announce an attraction on a slower day, a weekday, to bring more people.
New for 2024- Wicked Twister Plus
Looking at this banner, the black bars containing the blue wing thing point more towards a gate than a jail cell. At least I'm hoping for the gate since the jail "behind bars" thing has been done before. (see SOB)

This makes me feel like there's more merit to the "Phoenix" theme...

The old "rising from the ashes"; yeah, I can see that, but aren't phoenixes traditionally red?
Wouldn't Knoebels be upset?...unless of course it's a "Blue Pheonix".
Hard to tell if this is a "clue", or simply a little play off the DT being torn down.

Wild Eagles's station is quite impressive.

^I do believe they copyrighted 'roller coaster capitol of the world'.
Check out my signature :).
I don't think the blog posts reveal anything, remember all the GP knows is that Disaster Transport closed, most don't know what's coming so they have to act like nobody knows something's replacing Disaster Transport.
Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!

What about the name Thunderbird? Maybe that was mentioned in this thread before. Fits the wing concept and the noise of B&M coasters.
Agreed...even the current Mozilla Thunderbird logo...could work...minus the envelope!

^but they do update them quite frequently. Doesn't matter to me. it's just the way we discovered CP. Now we drive there 4-8 times a year, right past six flags GA twice each time. If it wasn't for that show we would've never heard of anything in Sandusky, OHMore importantly, the 'coaster count'/'extreme coasters' is the reason we first went. The overall greatness of the park is why we keep coming back and introducing new people every year.
You know, it's actually the reason I first went to Cedar Point and became an enthusiast as well. I
It matters. People on this site like to think that it doesn't, but even on the Cedar Point facebook page you see people talking about the coaster count. Cedar Point has used it for advertising for 20(?) years, so I'm guessing it has a pretty good return on investment.

Haha that's actually really cool!

I agree that once you get to CP, the overall experience is second to none. I was just saying the only reason we heard of it in 2007 was through Travel Channel show on extreme parks, which they have updated to be SFMM. People come from all around the world for the entire experience, I understand. I could care less about the 'count'. it is just one way for media to hype a show that happens to influence peoples travel plans.
Roller coaster experience is maybe second to none. But, off the top of my head I can name 3 maybe 4 parks in Europe, and 4 parks in America that offers a better overall park experience. And that's not including Disney.
Favorite Wood: 1. Balder (Liseberg), 2. Boulder Dash (Lake Compounce), 3. Voyage (Holiday World), 4. Phoenix (Knoebels) 5. The Beast (Kings Island)
FavoriteSteel:1.Expedition GeForce (Holiday Park) 2. Rita (Alton Towers) 3.Magnum XL-200 (CP) 4. Nemisis (Alton Towers) 5. X (SFMM)
I'm thinking something with Phoenix in the name as well... Google image Phoenix - I think they can come up with a nice logo based on that bird.
