I would be happy with a Tornao Slide, a Looping waterside, and like what Michigans Adventure got this year. Soak City deserves all that and it would draw in more guests.then improvements in the park.
We already have what Michigan Adventure got this year champ. I'd personally like a Tornado or racer slide.
^ Isn't there a storm chaser on this board? hehehe
I was at Orlando Sea World Aquatica in May, and it had Roa's Rapids, where there were no inner tubes and the water pushed you along the course. It was a blast! The bottom was a "smoother than concrete type of surface" so it was easy on the feet.
Don't even think about it, little boy. I will race you back to the Mean Streak and win.

That just shows how much I care about soak city ahah. when I rode magnum i didn't see it. Where is it at?? And all the slides looked like they haven't been upgraded in 10 years maybe m,ore.
With all due respect, I'm not exactly sure how you can miss Splash Zone while on Magnum or Gemini. It's really big and colorful.
As long as it's not a dinosaur thing for CP.....I will not look forward to seeing them add a separate attraction where you pay 5 plus dollars to see stupid fake robot dinos in the park...
As for Leviathan, I went to CW's site and it looks neat, but....too similar to Behemoth IMO :) But good move anyway for that park, whose coasters, besides Behemoth, seem old and a little outdated...

Agreed....kinda like Holiday World building a second water coaster after Wildabeest, but I am excited to see B&M making the move to giga coasters.

And as someone who has taken more than a few rides on Behemoth, Magnum and MF, in my opinion, Leviathan looks like a fantastic addition to Wonderland.
I think that you definitely can make the comparison between Magnum versus MF and Behemoth vs Leviathan.
Behemoth, much like Diamondback, is all about the extended periods of air time. Leviathan looks as though it's going to be all about speed, and the combination of airtime hills followed by smooth but forceful transitions, much like the differences between Magnum and MF. Just because Behemoth and Leviathan are made by the same manufacturer, doesn't mean that they are going to offer the same ride experience. It looks like they took the best of Behemoth, the best of Nitro and multiplied it by MF. No one should be complaining!
As well, it seems like the trend of late (particularly in North America) are coasters without inversions...could this be the fallout from SOB, and all of those horrible Vekoma clones?
One last note...for any of the more experienced posters...with this costing $28 million, what are the odds of another huge Capital Investment for the company next year?
