What makes you say that? Just curious.
Nothing really. I'm just trying to stir up the pot a little.
And, yes, WildCat is a more updated version.
But now that I think about it, it's cheap, small space, doesn't require a lot of time to build, and it adds to the coaster count. It wouldn't be a bad option considering WildCat is showing it's age a bit. One could definitely fit where Turnpike Cars is now. They could then take out WildCat and free up some space for the 500ft tall Lemon Chill stand everyone keeps talking about.
(but for the record, I doubt it will happen this year if at all)

Can you imagine the brain freeze that a 500 foot Lemon Chill would give you?
I can't see the announcement being anything big. My money's on Soak City improvements.
I know! Why should we have to log in to view the website! ;)

Whaaaaaat?! Nooooo. We can't have this garbage.
Dude chill out!!! We don't know anything else about it. We don't know where it is going offically. Your not gonna die because CP is doing this. Just chill boy. Chill.
Anyone else missing Tony and Tyler right now? I mean I like Becca and all, but they probably would've at least said something about this.

I'll venture a guess and say it will be mingled in with Thunder Canyon. There were some mumblings earlier this year about markings being seen around there.

Haha don't worry. I'm not having a spaz attack. I'm just playing around.
Whatever happened to the stratosaur name? KI just got Diamondback in 2009 so I doubt that they would get another new roller coaster for the next few years. So if CP was getting dinosaurs alive for 2012, then maybe stratosaur is a coaster name for 2013.
Here is another thought. Does anyone remember the mysterious Frontier trail and Thunder Canyon markings at the beginning of the season? Maybe Thunder Canyon will e the home of Dino Alive. Think about it. There's all that rockwall and plenty of vegetation around to act as a jungle.
But why would they get rid of Thunder Canyon? Last time I was there it had a line that was all the way outside the queue.

The same reason they got rid of White Water Landing. WWL always seemed to have a line on a hot summer day.
I will be bummed if it's just the Dinosaurs, and absolutely will NOT pay extra to see that... also, I'm not sure I'm good with the whole "upcharge attraction" concept. It's a slippery slope... if there's a buck to be made letting people look at fake dinosaurs, maybe the next buck they'll look to make is upcharging for the train, or Halloweekends Haunts, or who knows what else.

1. Stratosaur could also be a name for another attraction at another CF park.
2. You and Jason make good points. It would actually be pretty good in there. You could have bridges going over the ride to get over to the island. If it is indeed going over there, this may mean Paddlewheel is save.
^ Dude what's your name? Just curious so I don't just call you SSL488. You bring up good points all the time especially with this one. I'm hoping they don't remove Thunder Canyon. That is still a water ride that gets you drenched on those hot sunny days. I had another idea. What if they used the Mean Streak infield? Clear out all the damaged coaster cars in there and you have plenty of space to make a nice maze for Dinosaurs. I'm also hoping Paddle-wheel excursions stays.

They wouldnt have to close it really; I dont think. Like I said above, just make a bridge over the ride.
My name is Steven. Steve, Stevie. Stevo. Whatever you prefer. Lol.
But oh my. That bridge idea sounds like it good happen. It could start where that deck is where you watch people go by on TC. If you go over to point pixels, you will see some flags right over across from where the deck is.
And I think they actually use that thing over at mean streak.
That would totally be a better idea than doing it on Millennium Island. I was just looking on google maps to get a good (outdated) idea on what kinda space is over there and there isn't really much left on the island, whereas there is quite a bit inside Thunder Canyon.

I'm really surprised none of us thought of this before. I'm kind of kicking myself. But i guess we won't know until tomorrow.
