I think they do offer some parts. But I think many of them need to be custom made which is expensive, which probably resulted in the loss of the 3rd train for parting out. I think Iron Dragon is probably the least intense suspended so it shouldn't be in too bad of shape.

the fact that we've been waiting for so long leads me to believe its a new concept coaster that intamin, b&w, etc. have just developed
Arrow invert? Hehe. You mean Arrow suspended coaster. Although BGW did get rid of Big Bad Wolf, there has never been any evidence to suggest that it was a maintenance nightmare. Iron Dragon has high ridership due to its 46" height requirement. Plus, it's one of only a few coasters that do not have seat belts!
Though I don't think it will happen any time soon, I would guess the first 3 coasters to be removed would be:
1. Mean Streak because of the cost per rider.
2. Disaster Transport because it is junk.
3. Mine Ride because of the 48" height requirement and lack of thrills.

With this year looking more and more like maitnence year, I'm hoping they decide what their going to do with disaster transport. They need to either give it a facelift or give it the axe because its sitting on some prized real estate. Also, I know their probably a thread for this already, but could iron dragon be leaving us soon? And could that forested/lagoon area on iron dragon possibly an area they could put those dinosaurs on, or the next big attraction. I know iron dragon runs on a pretty consistent basis, but those arrow inverted coasters seem to have a life span of 20 to 25 years. It's been 24.
I don't think iron dragon will be going anywhere. The lagoon is becoming a halloweekends attraction for 2011. Its called blood on the bayou. There already looks to be some permanent structures under construction in there. There's a few facades and and a a trailer parked back there. They also paved a path back there.
And whoever said that the new Hershey park roller coaster looks good, I disagree. There just doesn't seem to be anything all that special about it. Maybe the Hershey park locals are ecstatic about it, but that's only because it will be the tallest coaster the park has ever seen.
From watching the video, it just doesn't look like it has any really cool features. The only thing that seems special about it is the seats, but doesn't Diamondback have seats like that?
Just from watching the video, I feel like Magnum would be a more exciting ride than the new one coming to Hershey.
But that's just my opinion.
I don't understand why everybody thinks we aren't going to get anything. So what if there are no clues yet or no construction. Think about Skyhawk...It was announced the day after the park closed for the season, and had no construction or clues about it anywhere. I'm not saying we are getting something, but they used to start construction the first day of off season. We are just used to the past 7 or 8 years where they have started early.
Let's Get Weird.
It's possible to build a whole dark ride in one off season, Black Diamond not withstanding.

Where are the paved areas and facades located? I have been to the park several times this year and have not noticed anything.....
please tell me, thanks :)
Right now with CP loosing the coaster war we're not going to remove a coaster...Plus here's the thing...This is a family park, and there has to be family rides. Iron Dragon & DT are family rides, and they will stay...Be happy that they do..You don't see many suspended swinging coasters around or toboggan coasters..Yes Dragon may not be "thrilling" to us, but to a kid it's the **** to them...Same with DT (and I will say I love DT's ride)...The only thing DT needs is a retheme, other than that I think the ride is acceptable. Plus it suits more use than just a ride for the park (happy jacks, ect.)
As for the Arrow deal with replacement parts...I'm not totally sure...I will say we have the corkscrew's white train to gut as well as the double loop train...As for Iron Dragon I'm not sure why they're running two train op..It really needs three but I'm not sure...It could be the same scenario...
Now as for new replacement parts I'm not sure...But I'd love to even ask that myself...But most parts don't need replacing per say, just refurbished or worked on(wheels, hub assemblies, pedals tightened, ect.)...There's not too much in an arrow that needs work. Maintenance wise it's very self sufficient and easy...It's not like an Intamin per say :P...

Go to the Halloweekends 2011 topic and find my post with the picture links. It should be on one of the last two pages.
But if you walking on your way to dragster look to the left and into the trees right before iron dragon goes over the mist. You will see a large sign advertising the new haunts, a large "house boat". If you look back there you will see a small facade of what looks like a shack or maybe a house.
I also suggest riding in the front seat on iron dragon, you will get a terrific view of more stuff because tge asphault path seems to follow most of tge iron dragon track.
There is plenty to see while riding iron dragon in the front. I didn't count, but id estimate that there are at least six facades under construction at the moment.

"Loosing" is not a word, or at least, not the way you intend to use it. You mean "losing."
CP is not at war with anyone. 99.9% of people visiting Cedar Point don't care what a park 2,500 miles away is doing, nor does it have any impact on the park's business.

I could possibly see the first one, but the second rumor is just garbage. maybe Cedar point is tricking us by thinking they are gonna give everyone cookies again, and then surprise us with 2 new coasters:) . ya never know

That's simply not true. By this time of the 2005 season, there was substantial evidence that something was happening, and we had a pretty good idea of where something was happening.
July 11, 2005: site markings first discovered, and throughout the following weeks, a significant amount of additional markings (and other clues) were found. It got to the point that by September 1, 2005, T&T were taking part in the fun:
What's this? - 9/1/05
The above was the first of many Skyhawk-related blog posts from the park itself, probably (at least in part) in response to the discussion on PB about the new attraction for 2006, as that discussion had been going on for months by then.
The revisionist history around here is getting frighteningly cable news-like. ;)

I tend to agree that we would've seen something by now even for a flat. Coaster Fusion's 2 coasters for 2012 rumor is just plain ridiculous.

With Holiday World's water park announcement, I highly doubt that any addition to CP or even KI's water parks would be nearly as exciting as Mammoth. Still, the family and resort demographics love those water parks. I just think it would be a bit weird if CP announced a new ProSlide Tornado at this point.

I have a feeling this little present in Planet Snoopy is simply going to be a tradition now for the kids...nothing more. But it's pretty cool if you're a kid; especially a local that goes multiple times a week. My 3 yr. old made a friend at CP this year who literally goes 4 times a week just to do the kids' rides.
