Beverage pricing: They're still not listening

Going back to mentioning the complaint I made to Cedar Point resorts about my dirty cabin, I recieved a letter in the mail apologizing for "the lack of attention to any details, which may have been overlooked while cleaning the cottage." It seems fairly generic but it is signed my the manager of Lighthouse Point, Camper Village, and Sandcastle Suites. I was disappointed that I didn't get an email back, but today I was surprised when I saw a letter in the mail from Cedar Point.

This, however, does not make up for the poor value that Cedar Point Resorts offer. That was my main complaint in the email. Yesterday I also completed an online survey that was sent to my from CP.
