Beverage pricing: They're still not listening

I took the keys to the kingdom tour at Disney last year, and it included lunch and it was a lot less then $300.00.

You think they could throw in a burger and fries.

Does the tour come with unlimited drink wristbands?

Look crazy horse, I think the prices are completely ridiculous just as much as the next person but I seem to see the most whining coming from you.

No offense but it does get old and quite obnoxious to read you always griping on prices and posting pics of prices...

Yes the tour comes with a drink band but no food. I would never ever pay the $4 for a drink. I would have the ice water.

Umm dude....did you see what thread your posting in? Its a thread on the crazy prices in the park. Nobody forced you to open and post in this thread.

I went to six flags over Georgia this weekend, and the prices for soda was about $1 less than what cedar point is charging.

Even six flags is cheaper...what gives cedar point?

Was at KI today, a small is 3.69, a large is 3.99. Refills for the plastic cup's are 1.99. Bottle soda is machines are 3.75.

Has anyone else visited the all you can eat midway market? When I decide to eat something hot this is usually where I take my family. We can all eat as much as we want with unlimited drinks for about twelve dollars each. This is the best deal I have found and I am very pleased each time we go there. One gleaming difference last year was that when we went to KI we got a discount in their all you can eat buffet with our platinum passes. Cp did not offer the same discount but it is still a good deal for an in the park meal.

It's depressing when my mind goes "hey, 2-for-$5 bottled water isn't a bad deal". Because, you know, it really is.

Interestingly, I had a conversation about CP's food pricing & quality with two coworkers yesterday. Both were frequent visitors in the 80's & 90's, and neither has been back to the park in years, for exactly the reasons mentioned in this thread. I realize it's anecdotal, but it's still telling.

Twice. I won't get screwed again.

Juggalotus hates Midway Market to the core. I say it's the best food value in the park. All you can eat food and desert. Fairly good variety of foods. Drink included with unlimited refills while you are in there. All for the price of a hot dog basket plus a drink. Price goes up for dinner, but tyhey add some more expensive food items. The food is as good as any chain buffet. I isn't the Ritz.

If I was eating at a buffet outside of the park I would not be impressed but it is a good pick for families with picky eaters. We usually pack the coolers and smuggle drinks in backpacks. After enough trips to the park though I have to eat something different. I just can't take out a twenty for peanut butter and jelly or hot dogs.

I have eatin at midway market a few times. But the last few trips there have been "meh" at best.

I had a burger in there, and there were chunks of bone it it. It was nasty.

Another thing that is odd, is that at Michigans adventure, a soda is $3.95. It is pepsi as well.

But in the machines, it is $3.50.
