The one thing I don't get is the different menu choices based on which plan you go with (season vs daily). Last year I really enjoyed the 2 slices of pizza option. Now just like Michelle Obama, they are "forcing" me to eat salad and a fruit cup with my single slice of pizza. I know it is for my own good, but those daily pass people get to stuff their face with two slices of pizza, while I throw away a salad and fruit cup. At least they will still let me buy a $15 cup that will allow me to get a gallon of carbinated sugar water for a buck.

If you really prefer something less healthy with your pizza, I clearly see options for bread sticks, chips, and fries. ;)
I was one of the people that complained to the park about the limited selection of generic junk food when the season dining plan first came into existence. It was basically chicken fingers / burgers / hot dogs / pizza for awhile. The park was very responsive and wrote me back and even called, wanting to discuss my opinion. In the end, someone from the food department promised me more variety and healthier options were coming.
They made effort throughout the season, adding grilled chicken sandwiches, turkey burgers, fruit cups, salads, and even tried offering Midway Market for awhile. I was very impressed and appreciated that CP listened to customer feedback.
Fast forward to the 2015 options, and it's night and day for the better. There are so many new locations and finally a decent variety of food. I had told CP how much better Kings Island's season dining plan offerings were and asked why wasn't CP offering burritos, tacos, generic subs, etc.? For 2015, everything that I suggested was added.
I bought a season dining plan to both Cedar Point and Kings Island last year and felt they were incredible deals. I was shocked when they offered a Platinum dining pass for only $99 for 2015. If you eat 2 meals per day, you should be ahead after 4 days, making this a no-brainer add-on for many pass holders.
When the park opens, i hope they play with the all season dining plan and try out Chickies and Petes, Panda and Chic-Fil-A and possibly Midway Market (again). From seeing what other parks are offering with the dining plan, Cedar Points offerings are far behind.

Kings Island officially added Subway (6" & chips) to the All Season Dining Plan this year, and though not listed yet, they just added Panda Express (2 entree & side) & Chick-Fil-A (sandwich or 8-piece nugget basket). So Cedar Fair parks are definitely adding chains, and I hope Cedar Point ends up adding these options as well.
