Didn't WC have ramps for its entrance and exits anyways? Not that it matters, just curious on the need for the elevator.

They probably did not meet ADA requirements on the grade of the ramp.

The wheel chair wouldn't make it through the turnstyle. Plus it might not have been up to spec on proper ada width either.

A friend of mine at the park said it looks like Gemini got new trains. I'm wondering if this means Mine Ride got the old Gemini Trains.

From the pictures I've seen, CCMR still has its old trains.

Most of the Paddlewheel scenes are used in Blood On The Bayou. We kept getting more and more added as the season went on last year which I was very happy about.

Were the markings around Space Spiral, maxair and the service entrance by Disasters exit noticed during the tour?

From the pictures it looks like the entrance to Power Tower has been moved.

Sorry if this has been brought up already. I don't remember seeing it anywhere. I was at Kings Island this weekend and had the opportunity to check out the changes they are implementing on Windseeker. The ride is down right now. It appears as though they are updating the shocks to the type that were used at Knott's Berry Farm. I believe the 2 new installations this year got the Knott's type shocks. They are still waiting on a few parts and the ride won't be running for about another week.

As you can see in the picture, the old shocks are still there as well. I'm not sure if those are staying or going. I would think if they were going to remove them, they would be gone already. Not much work was going on, even on Friday. So, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I'm assuming these modifications will be implemented at Cedar Point and Canada's Wonderland as well. Has anyone heard anything? If so, I hope CP's is done by opening day. Once Knott's came out with this new design, I had a feeling it would be implemented on the previous installations too.

I see Windseeker running on the webcam but has anybody seen these on it today?

It was cool to see Dragster and Maverick back in six-train operation, but I thought it has been said they are more efficient with five. I'm wondering why this change happened.

Also, for whoever was wondering about Wildcat remnants: There's just a big fence and some temporary flood lights where the ride used to be, but pieces can be found throughout the park. A few pieces of track and what appeared to be an air tank sat in the parking lot across the road from the MF stations and a Wildcat car or two were just outside the fence near Gemini's lift hill. Don't recall seeing anything in Mean Streak's infield or not.

I noticed the new strut assemblies on WindSeeker. I hope it makes a difference during higher wind days.

I wouldn't mind seeing some pictures if you have any.
