Good luck with that...

I care about dive coasters. A lot.

As for moving the road... I still see huge value in keeping that shore line available for a tower hotel on the marina side before infringing on it permanently by making the park crowd that edge.

I think CP has more than enough hotels.

Unless there's money to be made by building another hotel....

For some odd reason, the GP seems to like hotels. hmmm.

Actually, this just in. Civilized human beings in general tend to like hotels.

It turns out that they like somewhere to rest their head after a long day, such as one spent walking all around a world-class amusement park.

I'm a big fan of hotels. A hotel near the marina would be an interesting addition -- though, would there be parking issues? A hotel would likely be accommodating a larger number of guests than Cedars houses employees.

(When I go to Disney World, I like to go camping at Fort Wilderness. In one of the cabins, where housekeeping comes around every day, makes the beds, washes the dishes and cleans the grill :-p )

Yes, as noggin says, hotel parking at the marina would be a problem. Unless, maybe, Pete would be willing go give up his parking spot in the marina lot.

LOL, not likely!

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Why did I know that would be your answer? You're a good sport Pete.

Employees actually aren't allowed to park at Cedars. That's all marina/Famous Dave's parking. Our closest parking is "south basin" beyond the pet check, or near gatekeeper.

Or the employees who park in the north marina overflow parking area, just north of pier 14. I see more than a few employees park there and walk past my boat on the way to their assignment.

I've noticed that park officials have referred to Rougarou as their "first" floorless coaster on more than one occasion. Perhaps a dive coaster will be their second. ;)

I've hear this a lot on this type of coaster. (rougarou, dominator, Diamondback etc) the park's first floorless coaster is technically Raptor.

Diamondback has a floor. Besides they are referring to a coaster that sits on top of the track with no floor.

If your feet dangle then there is no floor.

B&M markets a specific type of train as floorless. If you want to be extremely literal then sure, the park already has multiple floorless coasters. However they only have one floorless model. I'm with the park on this one.

Indeed. The park has several coasters that have no "floors", but only one coaster developed and promoted by the manufacturer as a "floorless" coaster.
