Going Down Hill!

My guess about WWK's replacement. First, I have not idea about this, but, is the old Hurricane Hannah's large enough to encompass all that they have built with WWK? Also, I think it may have to do with them wanting to enact a change very quickly and WWK was kinda to replace the animals.

Perhaps all that they have built would have fit in Hurricane Hannah's, but all that they plan to build or did plan to build would not fit in the area that is Hurricane Hannah's
