^^Ben and I are both gun owners. I'm sure there's a few others somewhere on here.
Jen shoots, too. She's still a little timid around larger calibers, but she's fine with a .22, and does OK with my 9mm. When I get my .40 cal, she won't touch it, though. :)

Does a 30-06 count? How about a slugster? I mean, they may not conceal as well, but I think I might win in a showdown. :)

Wait until I purchase my new Remington 11 87. :)
I was shooting my buddy's the other day and I put 3 boxes of shells through it in a matter of minutes.
Combine that with some hot loaded 00 buck shot and I think I might stand a chance.
Probably once the season's over and my spending settles down a little bit.
I want to put the extended bolt handle and a couple of other accessories on it, too.
After that Mossberg 500 I had with a pistol grip and no butt stock, though, I know I'll never do that again. :)
Ok question: why the crap are the Tigers starting Verlander tonight in a must win situation? Why not Rogers?
Let's Get Weird.
Well, they have to win all three of the remaining games, so it really doesn't matter when they play Rogers. If they played him tonight, Verlander would just play tomorrow night.
Brandon
I think Detroit should have pitched Rogers tonight. IMO it would be better for the team because you really just want to get home in that situation. He would only be on a 4 days rest though. I'm happy they're pitching Verlander tonight. It gives us a better chance of winning the whole thing at home. :)
Go CARDINALS!!!!

Umm Im sorry but I dont understand you have to win this game or you wont even get a chance at the next 2. So we need to win tonight. Its lookin good so far though Sean Casey just jacked one so atleast we scored this game!;)

<----- upset Tiger Fan, who is paranoid and wants to know what the foreign substance in Weaver's mouth was......oh wait, that was Tobacco...nevermind. CONGRATULATIONS St. Louis, you earned it. But Beware, we'll be back next year stronger than ever (with some pitching defense)
I'm too sexy for my harness!
I figure instead of starting a new thread I would just post in here since I haven't seen it anywhere else. Last night they showed the Browns game on the Giant screen, which was funny because they started it with the game at (I think) 4 something, but it was too bright to see, so you just had a whole bunch of people screaming about football that you couldn't see over the speakers. But by the time the 5:00 Tim Hill show was over you could see what was going on, so it worked out, especially because they won!

^ I knew it would take some magic for the Browns to win a game. :)
It wasn't magic that got the victory for the Browns; it was just having Maurice "resign" (yeah right). See what happens when you use all of your offensive weapons correctly.
Nice weekend for Ohio football teams: The Buckeyes squished the Gophers, the Browns won and Pittsburg lost to Raiders the worst team in the league, to bad those thugs in Baltimore won. How can you have about 206 more total yards than the other team and still lose?
I mean if the Browns did this we would just say its a typical Browns game. Way to go Steelers for once Cleveland didn't look pathetic Sunday. I mean the Browns even beat the Raiders this year.
