Haha...spotting Single Rider Bob and Mean Streak Henry has been like a game for us the last two trips at CP (the last Wed. they were open for the season, and this past Friday -- amazing CP days btw!). They were both spotted multiple times each trip and somehow wound up on our train every time as well. The park was so extremely dead both those days that they stood out like a sore thumb at every turn.
I like seeing the regulars and having on-going jokes...livens up the park on those dead days. That "Woooo yeah" Magnum girl had people doing that on rides everywhere on Wednesday...was funny how contagious it had become.
Yes, Friday 9/11 was ridiculously awesome at CP! I had never heard of any of these single rider people before, probably because I have always gone on busy days. We stayed at the campground and when I rode MF is when I noticed SRB, and a couple other less polite SR's who made no bones about running you over to get to an empty seat.
I rode MF 12x straight and thought I was going to puke. It jostles my insides too much at the bottoms of the hills. I was burping up Panda Express, but I never ATE Panda Express (though, I inhaled it plenty coming out of the last tunnel!)
SRB was on ride #70 at 10PM or so and everyone was excited because the record of 84 rides was sure to fall that night. Alas, it was not meant to be... MF broke down on my 12th ride, before I made it back to the station. We had to wait about 15 mins to get off the train. SRB was in the front seat of that train and he looked none-too-happy that his record of 84 would stand.
I had so much fun that I bought season passes for the family (first time ever) and will DEFINITELY be back the first non-Hallo-weekend Friday next year. From what the single rider shirt guys told me that night, it's about as good as it gets.
Chris (SR-2 on TTD) was at 38 rides when I spoke to him around 10:15 that evening.
I know this post is old, but I saw Mean Streak Henry today wearing a shirt that said the name. I didn't talk to him, but he was nice enough to hold the door open for my buddy and me.
He's a super nice guy.
He lives in New York but stays at the KOA campground in Sandusky on a seasonal basis in a park model. He often brings Kenny (the kid with the super annoying voice that talks alot) into the park with him, they are not related, but Kenny also lives at the campground during the summer.
Henry is prob the only one of the "single rider" group that is tolerable. He's super nice and fun to talk to. Everyone else is......just.....awful.

Last season, he rode with my wife (who is also a Mean Streak lover). Unlike the other single riders, he actually asked her if it was okay that he rode with her before he sat down. She said he was very nice, and when it comes to judging character, I put full trust in my wife.
I was i the park today and rode behind Mean Streak Henry today. He apparently has over 1000 rides on Mean Streak in 2013 alone. I chatted with him and hes a really nice and genuine guy.

I can't imagine! Hope he comes out okay, he picked the worst one to marathon on IMO. I suppose 1000+ rides are very easy to do with Mean Streak's lines.

I don't know what his final count was. But, I believe he had over 3,200 rides last year.

Who is the older gentleman that rides around the park on a motorized Segway? Saw him several times this past Saturday. He was dressed in a grey dress pants with a matching vest.
Mr. Segway, he does that. He is probably my favorite regular at the park.
He can't/doesn't ride any of the rides and uses the Segway due to mobility issues, and comes through the park just to watch and sight see. Great guy

I've never met Mr. Segway, but every time I see him, I can't help but think of Vinnie from Spaceballs.

We were wondering who the gentleman on the segway was, too. I think he was wearing a black suit on Sunday, thought he might have been an employee of sorts or part of the entertainment.
