It went down pretty well, would have liked to see a video around the explosion point with a Go-Pro or something. but yea, looks like thoes guys did it well. I wonder if they counterweighted the cabin, pulled it somehow, or just broke the bottom part perfectly. I just think it was pretty amazing they got it! X marked the spot for sure!
They'll probably just dig out what they need to and pour cement over the rest. There really isn't a need to dig up thirty feet of anchor only to fill it again, is there?

When it first started coming down I thought it was going to drop right on top of the camera. Incredible stuff. Would have been cool to see in person.
In the official video, I like how the shock wave obviously startled the person operating the camera. :)
