I have fun watching the web cams! It gets me through the winter untilI can be back at the Point in the spring

Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs

The webcams just went back in time. This morning they were pouring the cement by the exit "pool" by the future exit ramp. Now they have de-constructed part of the station too. haha.

We changed our minds. The 600-foot-tall inverted, triple-looping wood coaster now makes sense. Let's do that instead. ;)

That's great! But since it's nice out, I see you decided to stay with the super soaker! Save the 600 ft woodie for next year! ;)

That was a pretty cool fog picture, loved it!

WAKE UP! I think the webcams have gone on strike or Cedar Point laid them off. What is with the webcams being stuck at 10:30 yesterday?

Either something is top secret,or a power failure,WAKE UP WEB CAMS!!

Everyone please remain calm. Should there be a drop in cabin pressure, masks will deploy from overhead. Oxygen will flow, although the bag will not inflate. :)

We're moving some stuff to a new server. While we're doing it, certain features of the site may or may not function right away. We're going as fast as we can.

I can tell you that right now, you're missing the hardening of cement at Shoot the Rapids.

Thanks Tony for updating us :-)

-You know why they put oxygen masks on planes?
-So you can breath?
-No. Oxygen gets you high. In a catastrophic emergency, you're taking giant panicked breaths. Suddenly you become euphoric, docile. You accept your fate. It's all right here in this pamphlet. Emergency water landing - 600 miles an hour. Blank faces. Calm as Hindu cows.
-That's, um... That's an interesting theory.

Thanks for the update and letting me finally get a Fight Club reference in Tony!

Darn! Watching cement harden is my second favorite thing to do, behind watching grass grow. Darn you Tony! :)

Make sure you get pictures so the kids around here don't get restless.

I'm with ya on that Ben. Being in the construction business makes you interested in extremely mundane things. :P

I can't wait to watch the paint dry.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Nohting beats watching the cement harden while sniffing the paint as it dries!! That's what I call a good time! ;-)

Jason

Why do they call it common sense, when it's so infrequently used?

It looks like two of the three webcams are back up. I wonder if that means they are moving the STR cam or still having issues with it.

Looks like there is a crane over by Iron Dragon today. From the Midway and TTD camera's it looks like they are doing something to the track of Iron Dragon's final helix.

Steve - likely activity? They are doing support/track inspections for the coming season.

I think the STR cam is "down" because they are adding some secret scenery or special ride element that nobody is supposed to know about. It isn't really down, it is all a conspiracy...
