I don't remember if this has been brought up yet but what the heck. You see the fence around the 4 turn? Does this serve purpose or is it suposed to look like the fences around race tracks?

I see 4 on the transfers, 1 on the track right next to them, and one on the break run. If you look at the archived PT photo, you can see reflection for the on on the break run.

Yes, the fence is for the theme.

I think that the fence is a great little touch. I love to see all of the details that they are adding to this ride. Should turn out great.

Rogue, what is it about a dragster that's so tacky?? Sitting in a car capable of going 250 mph is just amazing. I for one would love the chance to go anywhere near a piece of machinery (sp?) like that. Once again, great idea by a great park.

Eh, more like 300 mph, but who's keeping track? ;) Lol, actually the fastest top fuel dragster recorded was at 333.08 mph, driven by Tony Schumacher.

If you take a look at this link http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/inside_park/webcam/beach.cfm

It looks like Cedarpoint moved the camera farther down lower and closer to the TTD tower since you can se MF is lit up also

Cedarpointfan, I believe the Breakers Cam is where it's always been. There has been no change.

This morning there was something right in from of the cam. Maybe a rain gutter or something like that going diagonal across the shot. It was so darn windy in ohio today I would imagine something may have fallen near the camera hense. the change.. I should have saved the pic. Did anyone else see this?

Just the track, the wind, and the speed.

This is what I was talking about yesterday in my earlier post (end of page 40). This is a crane boom in front of the beach cam. I know this because I caught a shot of it as the top of the crane was in front of the cam. Later you could just see the middle of the boom. So I wonder, once again, what work they're doing there with a crane.
