And now to finish my earlier thought. The reason I said that they might hold off until Monday to cap off is to get better weather for any sort of PR and photo opportunities. Today's crummy. Monday looks to be better weather-wise. That way they could at least give some sort of notice to the area's news crews. (Of course covering news with almost no notice is their job). Just a thought.

If it was placed on the top upside down from the way it is sitting in the picture, the 4 supports connect at the bottom, track at the top, then there is one connection out to the side and one either to the front or back. Is there something I am not seeing?
