You guys are stuck with us youngsters for a little bit more, just hang in there.:)
The point I’m getting at (which isn’t getting across apparently) is that just because he's 10, doesn’t mean that his design had to be designed correctly, or had to be like yours. If you guys want to rack on a young kid who has a totally different imagination than yours then why not go rack on a baby for not being able to talk.
Some of you are saying his design sucks and that yours was or would have been better, that's not right and you know it. Leave him alone and congratulate him for winning because he now has a great deal of money he can use in the future towards something very important.
Where'd sportsmanship go.....honestly?

I know that I'm asking for it with this one (it's my first post after reading for the past 4 months), but I thought I would provide some info that I recently heard. It's not much, but it's coming from a relative of Kinzel.
A friend of mine is friends with a relative of Kinzel. He proclaimed that this project "had always been a dream of Kinzel's, and that he wasn't going to retire until this could happen. It's different than anything that has ever been done before, and he's excited to bring it to Cedar Point." (Which is almost exactly what Tony & Tyler wrote in their first blog..so why do I post, because I have to start somewhere)
I know this is nothing new, but ahh what the hell, thought I would throw it out there.
That does not sound to far fetched to me.. better then half of the junky posts that i have read here lately.
Do we need a "Virtual Coasters"-thread, perhaps? ;)

Does it even matter anymore? There are computers in most schools now and us kids have access to the site during the day.
No relief in site MrScott.

101 on Magnum and counting...
I'm glad you kids are doing important stuff in school, like learning and becoming productive members of society.
Unless I'm being shortsited.

ok, we need to get back on task. and, i happen to have an absolutely awesome piece of information. i was at cp for a week in july and i got lunch at the frontier inn so i could look at the construction zone. well, there was someone else there, who had a contact. he was friends with the construction foreman, and he told me what it was gonna be. a 525 foot giga coaster, in honor of kinzel. it will cover the park and cast a shadow on millenium and ttd. i like the idea, dont know if its true or not, but i can dream.
and how can you be so certain? its a coaster in honor of the greatest man in cedar fair's history, why cant it be the biggest, and best coaster ever? have you ever considered that maybe it would leave the zone under construction now?
How many threads you gonna post this piece of info in?
Besides, put two and two together doesent = 525 feet. ;)

All I can say is:
"Those know don't know, talk. Those who know, don't talk".
Besides, why would a construction foreman risk losing his job, and business for his company by leaking information that CP isn't ready to make public.
To use a quote my wife hates when I use:
I read that this is going to be a 200ft tall looper with horse-themed trains. It loops 6 times to beat raptor, but also has a splashdown, the first of its kind.
Now the part my wife hates -
I seriously read that......I wrote it down, then I read it.
