I think a seagull just landed on a support too....
Those that care are watching, no need for the play-by-play. :)
Platinum has it's perks. So does living exactly 97.5 miles from King's Island and Cedar Point

Aren't you always? ;)
And about freezing at the point, I love it. Hoodies are your best friend.
Although the ramp (and station) at MF can be quite chilly - even with a hoody - in the spring and fall.

you'd think they put the web cam where it is so we can't really tell what they're going to do next.plus it stinks because we can't see the whole project area.
I think there will be quite a bit of construction that you'll be able to see on the cam in it's current location before too long. Certainly before construction is completed. In fact, I think it makes a lot of sense to do the majority of the out-of-view construction while the park is still open, so people can still go to the park and get pictures and see what's going on. The way I see it, about the time the park closes during the week, construction will have progressed into the cameras view, and will likely remain there for the majority of the remaining time. Remember, if there is going to be a lift hill on this (and I definitely think there will be) it will be in plain view on the web cam most likely. So I think they positioned the cam quite well myself. :)
Take care and God bless!
I wouldn't say hoodies are your best friend. I went one time, the temperature had to be like 10 degrees with a cold wind blowing, which meant I was wearing 2 jackets that day. Now I want to get back on topic. What are all these pipes for? They must be used for something other then electrical.
Phillip also sent in some pictures. In the same gallery:

Oh and for those of you who were at the park today/yesterday, how long did Dragster run (regarding the wind)? I was gone all day (work and other stuff) and couldn’t keep up on its operation thru-out the day, so I dont know what to mark in my operation log.

TDD wasn't making it over in the morning till about 11:30ish when I saw it go over. From then it ran good with miner shut downs cause of the wind. But around 3:30, 4ish it shut down for the day. I left at 7 not sure if it ran again

Does anyone have any guess what this is going to be .http://www.pointpixels.com/4images/details.php?image_id=8095
Second one appears to be a station, or will be a station in the future, might be pouring for walkways and stairwells. I am not sure what you are asking in the first one. Like stated above they are just once again preparing the old merry-go-round building for another season of U.R. Dade........Sniffle...Sniffle. I do not want the park to close for the season.
Peace, Mikey
