Troika is open!

It seemed to have a good crowd last night too. The construction sight is awesome from maXair.

Now that they've got Troika open, they need to do something about the operations on it so that it doesn't take 30 minutes of messing around and triple-checking lap bars to deliver a single 45-second ride...

I thought Chaos destroyed itself during the ride cycle.

Very true, but I mean, unless you want to staff the ride, its hard to check all seats and operate Troika with a 1 person crew. Kings Island has the luxury of having a full crew on theirs, but unfortunately Cedar Point doesn't.

I never ride those small spinning rides anymore. They take way too long checking restraints and walking around with one person for a very short ride cycle. The only one I ride is Monster and that's because they usually have like 4 people working it.

No. A copy of the ride at another park destroyed itself (literally), so they removed it.

^Yeah Coaster Boi...seeing as the incident at Michigan's Adventure happened 10 years before CP's Chaos was removed, I think it's safe to say that incident didn't have much of an influence on its removal
