Toy Factory is gonna blow your mind

I can't wait to check the 2 new houses out. A buddy of mine went this past weekend, and said they were both great.

Hmmm...and who says theming does not add to anything?

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I love vortexes! I want to make a haunted house that has more than anywhere else in the world and call it Delirium or something.:)

If you called something like that Delirium, I think you might be seeing some pink elephants by the end. :)

I work in the factory. Is there any improvment that we can make?

Warm up the water in the last scene to 98.6 degrees. :)

Sadly I have been really lazy and haven't been able to write all of the thoughts I have wanted to share about this house. It's an awesome house and Factory workers do an amazing job!

Question about the mirror maze. Opening night when we went through the 1st time there was no one in the maze, then we went through later and there were a few characters throughout the maze cleaning the mirrors, but I haven't seen them since. Just wondering if I am having bad timing or if that was just a fluke they were in there opening night?

They are most likey college fund raiser kids. Every night we would need someone to clean the mirrors. So It just college kids that work for fundraising.

there aren't any actual monsters stationed in that room. it's usually empty just because its confusing enough going through mirror rooms. let alone getting scared through one.

Ah yes, thank you both for clearing that up for me! It was pretty cool (and scary) the time I went through and the window washers were in there, they added a lot to the atmosphere.

No matter how many times I go through that house, if no one is in front of me, it is very easy to get mixed up in there lol Definitely a creepy way to start the house.

I shouldn't admit to how long it took me to get through the mirrors during the media preview. :)

My first time through was with Spehn, so I just followed him. Obviously would be really embarrassing for him if he didn't know where he was going, or if he did a face plant into the glass.

Cant wait to give this a go tommorrow/today

question to anyone in the toy maze: The entrance guy was asking who wasn't scared and i said i wasn't (I really kind of was, but can't admit that around friends) so he lets me go first and then shuts the door behind me. Quite an intimidating feeling in there all alone. My question is I was in the first mirror room and I swear I could not get out until the rest of my group was let in. Was this just me being stupid or can they actually keep you in only the first mirror room. I ask this because I always thought you had to have a group to go through the maze, so I wasn't sure if they were just messing with me or were actually going to let me go alone. I was going to go myself but couldn't get out of the first mirror room. Once my group came in someone found a way through the mirror maze

As a side note I didn't think I could ever get scared as much as when i was a little kid and have been through many haunted houses, but wow that place made me jump quite a bit. Excellent design and scaring by all involved.

He did that same thing to my niece when we went last weekend. When he opened up the door for the rest of us to come through she was standing right at the entrance door totally freaked out. Too funny.....

Overall I concur with everybody else - this haunted house is great. Definitely the best indoor haunted attraction CP has ever done by a mile.

there's no way to keep you in the mirror room, there isn't a way to close off the exit so you just couldn't find your way out till your friends found it.

Aww, I missed it this saturday, cuz the line was like 2.5 hours long! I'm going this weekend, the 17th, I hope, so I'll get in line no matter what the wait is. The people i was with would not wait that long, and I agreed with them, but my friend went thru on friday and said it was amazing!

Have any of you heard of the Donkey Kong nintendo 64 game? One of the levels in the game is called "frantic factory" and it reminds me of Happy jack's so much! Toys come to life in the game and it's also rather creepy when playing as well.

I dont think anybody has heard of Donkey Kong. Never. ;)

Let's Get Weird.

A suggestion on the houses, line up before they open. I got in line for Happy Jack's at 2:40 on Sunday and was only a couple dozen away from the front of the line. By opening, the queue was full. Then I went over to Eerie Estates and did that with only a 30 min wait.

At 7:30 I lined up for Cornstalkers and had a 10 min wait to do the house once it opened, but by that time the whole Thunder Canyon queue was full with the line still spilling onto the Swan Lake Bridge.

Happy Jacks was my favorite of the 2 haunts. Though Erie Estate still kicks butt. Most of the scare actors were just standing against walls banging their cans on the walls. Needless to say that didn't do much to impress.:P

I was highly impressed with both Happy Jacks and Erie Estate, Cornstalkers was ok, I was there just 7 minutes after it opened and it had an hour line. Still though all an all it was a great trip. I was honestly surprised at how busy the park was Saturday, I was hoping to catch a break and took a chance that the weather would be good and that not as many people would go. Man was I wrong. Sunday was nice though.

OK, I did Toy Factory twice today. It's freaking amazing.

So disturbingly awesome, and the ending is just hilarious. Good job CP.

I really liked the detail in Toy Factory. It wasn't much of a 'scary' feeling, so much as a one of 'wow, that fake doll looks so real...wait, it is real, nevermind, it's fake, crap! it's chasing me!'

I had just been to Erebus in Pontiac the week prior, and though it's a little bit of comparing apples and oranges; while Erebus was certainly more frightening and quirky, the level of detail, particularly with the makeup, was better at Toy Factory.
