I've had a few posted, but they usually edit out the relevant parts. Like I mentioned that I would guess that under the tarp is the top of a Screamin' Swing. Now if that doesn't get edited out and posted I will be very surprised, in fact, I'll be surprised if they post it at all.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
They've posted a few of mine, but not the ones I really wanted them to post.

Some of you REALLY need to understand a few things:
"OnPoint" is NOT (not, not, NOT, in case you missed the first one) a couple of things.
FIRST, it is NOT specifically directed towards "enthusiasts." Sure, enthusiasts will enjoy many of the posts...but the blog is meant for everyone -- and guess what? The majority of guests of Cedar Point are NOT enthusiasts. So just because you think a post is silly or a "mockery," don't forget that for the "Average Joe," it's not so bad.
SECOND, it is NOT specifically designed to be an advertisement for a new ride. Not at all. A new ride coming IS certainly newsworthy, so yes it will and should be mentioned in the blog...but please understand that this thing was never intended to solely build excitement for this or any coming attraction to Cedar Point.
THIRD, and this one requires special attention -- "OnPoint" is a blog -- NOT a fanstastical entity created by superhumans. It is typed up by regular people. I think too many visitors to this website have some huge idealistic fantasy of what Cedar Point is. Any employee can tell you that Cedar Point is a business just like any other -- it's ran by people, and behind the colorful facades and cotton candy scents are just ordinary people working in an extraordinary workplace. Tony and Tyler are not mythical legends who transcend all human behavior (although Tony is borderline ;) ). They are NORMAL GUYS. Just regular, everyday Cedar Point employees doing their job. Honestly. The blog is a SMALL part of their job description. In fact, I'm sure it's not even IN their job description. They are not part of a huge conspiracy -- and they aren't making all of the responses up. Get ahold of yourselves.
So, please. . .take this for what it is. Don't forget that Cedar Point is just a place, a website is nothing more than a website, and Tony and Tyler both look bad in bathing suits. Don't believe me? Stop by Zoom Flume on any given hot day next summer.
Stop with all the hub-bub and just take a few deep breaths. Cedar Point will continue to do good things, and through the blog, we are learning more about this pretty cool company. Just be glad we get the chance!
The blog is an advertisement. Simple as that. Although I do believe it is there for more than to advertise a new ride. More to advertise the park as a whole.
80% of the reason the blog is there is for hype for new rides. But the other 20% is for other advertisements.

101 on Magnum and counting...
I guess it's complicated for some to see that the blog is there to recieve the attention of whomever wonders onto cedarpoint.com and catch their interest. That results in a chance to get that person to consider a trip to the park and pay CP some money.
