Trust me. I grew up with folks who were always about the new toys, art, blah blah blah and it drives me straight up a tree. Yes, the new sculpture/painting/whatever looks nice but I don't really give a rat's hoohah how and where and when you got it. Sorry. And how have you been doing lately?
You obviously haven't been around here or CBuzz enough to know me any better. It's a far more interesting story than the one you've made up in your head.
And now a word from my friend Captain Obvious...
Greetings, grammatically impacted citizen, and welcome to GTTP. You might like to know I've decided to rechristen you after reading a bit of your work. From this day forth you are Triple Dot: Man of the Single Sentence. Strange, germ-resistant visitor from another planet....Faster than a rambling stream of consciousness.....Able to leap grammar rules in a single bound...

In the real world, people decide whether or not to visit the park again based on the one bad experience....whether or not to make purchases in the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars based on a single impression.
And were you actually to achieve a position of prominence in the real world, you'd have to be even more attuned to the needs of your customer and the little dance called 'keeping them happy' (and their $$$ in your pocket) would become far more intricate.
Not that you'll ever amount to much with that attitude...you won't. Either you'll learn to choke on that silly little pride of yours or you'll never even make manager at your local Wal-Mart.

Hey Playa, WMT general managers can make 75k$ or more! So be careful who you use to slam! Sometimes apearences are deceiving

While the general manager gets broke off big time, the 'managers' in the little red jackets make how much? Thought so...

Actually they are compensated very well on a relative basis. WMT treats its employess well and demands very high standards (as does CP).

As a student learning in the enviroment of a Fortune 200 company, I learn that every single employee has to make their best effort to make the best experience for every single customer. Because we know that when a customer isn't happy, they might not only come back because of that bad experience, but they will spread that to at least 10 other people. Customers shouldn't suck it up for the services they recieve, the employees should. No matter what they experience with one customer should not reflect the way they treat another.
Oh yeah, if you are the Manager at Walmart in Detroit where SHRINK is millions of dollars a year and you are required to go through many security measures, you make up to $250,000. That is after a signing bonus. (and no that isn't the Fortune 200 company I was under)

Life has it's ups and downs, might as well make it on a coaster!

thats why im so glad i worked with food,...it does not talk back...and if the customer is not happy with it...you can always get them another one and say "here you go" and most of the time they were happy...i was never rude no matter how bad i felt (which was EVEREY morning)...if some one was a jerk i would just smile, go defecate, return to work and hopefully handle the a-holes food with my filthy hands!!! revenge does not have to be obvious or overt...just smile and say have a pleasant day and think to yourself (you peter puffer!)...i just touched my ding-a-ling and your obnoxious 12 yr old son is eating the nice pizza and sub that i made for him...dont worry there is a cure for hepatitus..lol.. i NEVER salivated into food as this was WAY to obvious...thats why i never ever go back to a resturaunt that i have complained at...
