The Mysterious, possible footers

For that link that was post about the image of CP, If you zoom out once there is no MF. Or maybe its just to far out that you can't see it, but it looks like its not there if you zoom out on time.

Wow those are the first Terraserver images I've seen with MF. The main thing you can get from these images is that there is plenty of space for something big to go in the proximity of Area 51. Especially looking at MF, you can really see that coasters don't take up as much space as most people think.

I don't know why all of you are talking about Xcelerator and Thrust Air. Why would CP put a ride of this type in when they just put in Wicked Twister? WT is too similar to these types. Plus, why would you put in an Intamin Xcelerator when you can get the same riding sensation on MF? (minus the launch and top hat element) I expect something totally different than anything they have now.

CP Rules, they are in fact a mixture of different dated pictures. Even by scrolling over to the left or right you may go back a few years.
I agree with CPcyclone. I don't see why they would put in a Xcelerator or Thrust Air type coaster. I don't know what is being built but my gut is telling me that its not a coaster. If they do build one, I'm hoping for a floorless. I just loved BMKF.
CPcyclone, here's my reasoning, and I DO realize that WT Xcelerator are the same type of ride system, but if they can iron out most of the bugs w/ Xcelerator , just as Intamin did w/ V2 & S:UE, we will see a big chance that CP would put another one in. Also, I believe, but I'm not sure, that WT has had the overall average of the highest capacity of ANY of Intamin's Impulse's. But anyways, if CP puts an Xcelerator type ride, that is maybe like 3500-4000 feet, and they figure out a way to put some larger trains on it, we won't be debating. Seems to me, if I remember correctly, that Capacity was a BIG issue discussed on these boards, before the announcement of WT, we thought CP would never build an Impulse, but they did, and they seem to like the success.

Xcelerator has bugs? Funny, I didn't realize it was finished.

It's an Intamin. It doesn't have to be finished to have bugs :o)

Come on jeff you know what I mean, it's the first ride of it's type built by intamin, I mean they aren't gonna get it perfect the first time.

I think CP should build a coaster like the X-Flight at SFWOA....but this time make it like 100ft taller and way longer than X-Flight. CP kinda did that to Wicked Twister-its way bigger than Superman and better. I can only hope that CP builds a coaster similiar to X-Flight. Maybe they will build that......this is my speculation. :)

Actually, oUluvDT2, Wicked Twister uses Linear induction motors, while Xcellerator will use a hydrualic launch system.Sure there both launch coasters, but the systems are totaly different.

"Wheres the Callahan factory?!?!?"
but it's the same concept. i know that they are 2 totally different rides, but they are somewhat of the same ride, in that they are both launched.

X-Flight blows. Its a very uncomfortable, always broke down, not worth the wait, $15 million piece of crap. The only thing CP and crap have in common is the c and the p. If anything, I'd like to see a B&M Floorless.

I don't think you can make X-Flight any bigger. The forces that thing puts on the body are a lot for the average person. Any more would be pushing it I imagine.
I'd rather see something like X, than like X-Flight. Besides, CP hasn't done much business with Vekoma for a while.

Dear God, if you're going to build a flyer, build one from B&M. So far the difference in reliability is astounding.

Exactly, Why even goto two bankrupt companies. (Arrow and Vekoma). We all know the reliability difference between Vekoma and B&M, well it's like night and day.

I'd love to see a B&M-er like Apollo's Chariot with some loops or something. That is a great coaster.
Even though it may not happen at CP, I would like to see a Kumba-like ride. Daredevil, Kumba is just like AC, except it goes upside down, slower and shorter, and six years older. I wish B&M would do more rides like Kumba.
