i hope they launch it soon. it would give us something new to look at. the cp pics need to be updated again, only with a train cresting the tophat.

With CP's sneakiness, they will probably do it under the cover of the massive fog out there now. :) That would be one helluva a ride having the train disappear from sight.

They are obviously timing the test run cycles to occur between the snapshots of the webcams. The demondrop cam refreshes on the minute, the beach cam at 10 seconds past, and the powertower cam at 13 seconds past. That gives them 47 seconds to cycle the test run. Plenty of time. I can't believe how sneaky these guys are. I wouldn't put it past them to move the whole ride some night under the cover of darkness, that is, IF they had the room to put it someplace else. ;-)

If they were that secretive about testing, they would take the cams down!! I doubt they care if we can see them testing.

...most likely if they were "playing games" with us, don't you think someone already working there (RedGarterRob comes to mind) would take some pictures and post them. I know I would!

I would almost bet that as soon as testing happens, they will want everyone to see it. Why? More publicity for probably the most anticipated ride of the summer and to show everyone that it could be done.

How so? It's not like picture taking (of public places) is illegal. Or does it have to do with the fact they aren't opening. Then I would totally understand.

Just out of curiosity, why do you guys think that CP would go to so much trouble in timing the launch just so that a few hundered coaster enthusiasts don't see the ride testing. In a month the whole world will see it. I don't see the point in hiding it.

If i'm not mistaking i thing about 20 minutes ago they sent one over the top because i looked at the web cam and saw something metalic at the top (and it wasn't the stairs at the top of the top hat) ,but 60 seconds later that metalic object wasn't there. hmmmmmmm makes ya want to think.

It was a light on top of the tower. Just smuged because the camera shook from wind. Along with the whole picture probably. The blue train is still Last. There is no change in position of the trains.

For the past like 30 minutes i've been watching the webcams and i made a powerpoint presentation whicjh in each slide the picture progressed and the trains were changing order so im pretty sure they are testing!! But i'm not saying you were wrong Big D. It's all good:)

could you post this presentation in any way, or even e-mail it to us??

Sorry coaster kid, i don't know any way of doing that, if you tell me how, i'll try to do it.

I have to say that I have not seen one on the tophat. however, for the last hour or so those trains are moving a lot. I would say they are testing as well. A different train on the brakes every few minutes. Just my observation to go along with others.
