Yeah I don't mind them selling branded food products. I don't expect them to make homemade food for all their stands. That's pretty unrealistic. I'm just disappointed when the chain restaurants come in with their own signs, logos, staff, etc... Even though McDonalds has infiltrated the Disney parks, they still theme the restaurant to the area its in. Take Restaurantasaurus for example. They serve McDonalds fries and McNuggets. But, the restaurant is still HIGHLY themed to the area it's in. Even the menu is themed. Sure the McDonald's logo is next to the fries, but that's it. They didn't just plop a McDonalds into DinoLand or install the traditional McDonalds menu board.
They don't have McDonalds restaurants in the parks. Just fries and McNuggets as part of their own "meals". So, I don't believe they're priced separately. But, they could be.
I'm not sure what the prices are in the two on-property McDonalds as I choose not to eat in them. :)
It hasn't been updated in a couple of years, but here's the menu for the Downtown Disney McDonald's.

Here are the three in-park places that sell McDonald's food:

A QP with fries ain't bad for $6.
TGI Fridays still has $9.59 cheesy bacon cheeseburger though on point.
Tim, are you talking about the "cart" in FrontierLand that sold Fries?
Actually, it was more like one of the carnival food trailers, but nicer.
