Sam,it sounds to me like you went there as a critic, not just to have fun.
Well,
I did have fun. And is there anything wrong with giving criticism where it is due?
Magnum is always fun, and I got two rides in on Dragster! I also had fun on Mean Streak, which I now like (I now ride in the front row)!
And my food purchases were $0 that day, if I remember right. If the food is good, I don't mind paying extra to eat it at the park. If it is sub-par, then I can go elsewhere.
Now I wasn't aware of these pretzels! Where are they, and what are they? Are they the fresh rolled? I didn't think CP had fresh pretzels!

They are up by Scrambler.
I believe they are fresh rolled, they certainly aren't the SuperPretzel (tm) brand that is sold at some of the other stands and at just about every sporting venue in the US.
They are so moist and tasty, and the crust has just the right amount of crisp to it.

Not a chain, per se, but I think they're from J&J Snack Foods.

They offer more than that brand (http://www.jjsnackfoodservice.com/). I'm pretty sure they do the Pretzel Fillers. I think I've also seen Funnel Cake carts, which are different than the funnel cakes sold at the in-park food stands.
But, hey, good pretzels are still good pretzels. :)
