I can almost 100% confirm that the new entrance will be about 100 feet over to the right of the former one. The new tracks definitely cut through the entrance of the former spot and are super low to the ground there. I'm pretty sure I saw it ( the new entrance spot) last night while riding the CP/LE train before hitting Boneville.
Maybe they are going back to "nothing to see here" mode for awhile now that daily operations are over.

That crane doesn't look significantly taller than the one already/previously on site, though I've admittedly not been paying that close attention.

Thats the same crane thats been on the job site. They need a huge crane like the one they had to install the lifthill on valravn. I don't expect them to have it on site until the park closes for the season.
That crane might be enough to complete the job. The pieces they're lifting are all going to be much lighter than Valravn pieces. But I'm no crane operator.
Thats a telescopic I-beam crane and those don't go high enough and aren't as stable when maxxed out especially in any kind of wind. Go back and look at pictures of the crane used for valravn. I've worked in construction for over 30yrs and have used cranes on many jobs.

You're better off letting Guest Services know about your inedible lunch. Not much we can do about it here.
Brandon
Guest Services was too busy apologizing for parking lot Control to Siouxsie's crazy angry friend, to assist me with my sub-par lunch.
