It's pretty much with everyone. It's hard to not get involved in it, but you have to just brush it off, because so much more is going on to worry about than petty disputes. Like CJ said, you're operating a multi million dollar machine..it's peoples' lives so you can't focus on the stupid stuff and let it distract from your day. There is a reason we all come back. We are there for the experience, not the crap.
