PointBuzz Group outing at the Park

I may be at the park in the next few weeks, potentially even this weekend I'm not sure. I just know the next big trip isn't until early August with the main group.

I am trying to put together trips for Labor Day and Columbus Day (yeah, yeah, I know...) weekends. I usually don't get to OH during July or August. So I guess I'm out for a peak season get-together.

The Sunday after Labor Day is GOCC's Fall Freak Out. That's the next time I'll be there. It's one of the slowest late season days to visit the park.

I was planning on attending the Fall Freak Out this year. So my vote is for that day. Kill two birds with one stone.

Isn't the weekend after Labor Day also the Amusement Today Golden Tickets event? I was checking that out, thought it could be fun. Noticed they were selling tours on the Jet Express alone for $75 during the event... I guess $30 for CoasterMania!, which included Jet Express, was even more of a steal than I thought!

I'll probably be there for the Fall Freak Out event as well. It's sounding like this might be the best date for another attempt at a big meetup.

Separately, is anyone (still) interested in finding other PointBuzz members at the park on other random dates this season? If so, when are people typically there?

(To answer my own question: My next planned is Fri, July 8, and I'll probably make an impromptu trip sometime between now & then. Wednesdays and Fridays are the most typical days I go.)

The only weekend of the year I cannot be at CP is the weekend after Labor Day.

We'll be glamping at Lighthouse Point from June 30th PM to the morning of the fifth. If you see someone walking a few little white dogs (Westies) around, that would be me. Can't believe no one from this group would be at the park for all the good people watching around the Fourth.

My park going habits are unpredictable. We often just decide around lunch that we'll go and throw a cooler together and leave.
