We've had that on CoasterBuzz for years. Nobody uses it. You're welcome to make an account there and use it for this.

I'm not going to build it here. Like I said, you can use the one on CB, or use the dedicated forum here.

See new post below, new survey incoming sometime 3/26
We have two very clear winners. June took top pick with May coming in a close second. No other month really came close to either of them. Instead of doing a month VS month runoff, we'll just get straight into picking "weeks". Please note, I've combined 'preview weekend' and the first full operating week into one option.
Here's the breakdown:
It's a quick and easy multiple choice survey just like the previous one. This will run until we have a clear leader or until I'm back in town next weekend, so don't feel rushed to respond. Have at it everyone!
No problem, I haven't really posted much either prior to taking a run at this. I don't even know if the final date will jive with my schedule.
We do still have one week with a commanding lead over the rest. I'm thinking the results should be pretty solid by the end of this week. Carowinds & Kings Dominion may put getting the next survey up on hold until Sunday though :-)
3/26/16 Here it is, The Final Survey! (Hopefully)
Alright everybody, thanks for helping us all get this far in the process. We're very close to having a specific day picked. Since we had two weeks practically tied, here's what I'm doing with this survey, which I hope will be the last:
Because choice #1 was preview weekend and May13-19th combined, I have split them into two separate choices for this final survey. The other choice, June 3rd-9th, will be your third option. This is winner take all, even if by one vote.
We will also pick the day of the week. M/T/W/TH/F/Sat/Sun. If we have one day preferred by a good margin over the rest, it will be the final choice. If we have 2 days close together, we will have to do the absolute final run-off/survey to determine a winner between those days. This will run for a few days, I've noticed we usually get a pretty clear winner fast in these surveys as the votes come in.
That flew right over my head. It even works with my schedule, but I don't know that we'd want to tag our thing onto Coastermania, just in case some of us don't get tickets or don't get a coaster club membership in time. On the other hand, we could all be there at the same time anyway, even if we all aren't participating in Coastermania & meetup somewhere for part of the day.
Actually, I think that would likely be one of the best days to do it since many of us from this forum will likely be there. Looking at the Coastermania itinerary, there is nothing after the Q&A, which starts at 1:30 which will probably last about an hour. So basically from approximately 2:30-10:30PM, there is nothing going on for Coastermania attendees, depending on what time the boat rides get assigned.

Sorry to double post, but here's a quick update for everyone regarding the final date voting. June 3rd, aka CoasterMania!, has taken a very commanding lead in the poll. I'll most likely end the poll Friday if the trend doesn't change.
Also, props to Jeff for helping me to get a redemption code to work over @ Coasterbuzz after a technical issue.
Alright Everyone, we have a winner! Friday, June 3rd, the day of CoasterMania!, has been chosen as the uncontested winner. It came in with a whopping 50% of the vote. A big thanks to all those who participated & I'm looking forward to meeting you all there.
As Thabto pointed out above, sometime in the afternoon after lunch and the Q&A session would be the best time to meetup since those not attending Coastermania would also be able to join up.
Does 230pm work for everyone? I think Coasters is pretty centrally located in the park, is this OK with everyone for the meetup location?
I know some of us may be doing the boat cruise around then, we'll have to get someone from the group to post up our locations as we go around the park so everyone can join up as needed.
works for me !

I'll be in the middle of a major software launch that week at work, so June 3 is probably a no-go for me. I will try to see about sneaking out for the afternoon to make the meetup. If I can't, maybe Pete can hold up a photo of me waving on his phone. :)
