What is this, the 1950's?
Camper Village didn't even open until 1971. So, no.

Considering that road was refinished up to and the all new marina entrances placement, it's safe to say that perimeter won't be moved too drastically. Cedars will likely come down sooner than later, given its state of disrepair. However, it's clear that whatever replaces it will not be 'in-park'.

Marina upgraded area probably a great idea. A lot of people on here seem to focus solely on expanding the ride base, losing sight that the park makes a lot of income from out of park revenues. Mr. Ouimet has been addressing and upgrading the out of park revenue potential each year, it'll be great to see what he has in store for Cedars area.

I would tend towards agreeing that Cedars could be gone after this season, two seasons more likely, with two new dormitories being erected off peninsula. I think 2020 is ramping up to have big changes, and this is one of them. I foresee something large, whether it is one major coaster or multiple smaller projects, being tied in with the area Cedars currently occupies and Frontier Trail.
Yes, Cedars will go sometime in the near future. What a shame! I don’t know how I know this, but, certain Cedars rooms are perfectly positioned as bottle rocket launch spots! They explode right over the railroad guard shack! 😈
