Passholder Appreciation Day

If everyone makes it I'd like to meet up with you Mike as well as John. You're some of the few members I haven't met yet.

Darn! I just got back from another trip. I don't think I can make the 5 hour drive out to CP again in only 2 weeks. Maybe next season. This sounds like a fantastic event. And thanks for letting us know first, Tony!

Vince, I was thinking along similar lines . . . It's kind of iffy for me (it usually is for getting to these things), but I think I can make it work.

I recently had the best ride on Maggie I've ever had and I'm interested in seeing if I can duplicate the experience.

I'll be there. I know everyone's excited to kick it with me. :-D

Going for Labor Day Weekend, and then going again the following Sunday is just going to be too much.... Not to mention I have been on-the-go way too much lately.

Sounds like a great day though... sad I'm gonna miss it.

A little tight on money for the beginning of the month, so I'll be missing it as well. Hitting CP on the 14th though, should be a blast.

Also, in everyone's opinion, which is better the SkyHawk or MaxAir? (I've only ridden SkyHawk).

This sucks! I really thought I could make it this time. Next year I am definately buying a season pass, so I can go to all of the special events. Hopefully I will beable to "kick it" with all of you sooner or later. :)

The event has been added to Cedar Point's website. It says scavenger hunt map coming soon. It also says 2009 season passes go on sale September 7.

I put it on the calender at work. I will definantly be there. I just hope the food is not expired this year. But, it was still well worth the 5 bucks.

Ladyjerrico, IMO maxair is better. Mainly because of the ride length. S&S should have used bigger air chambers.

To short of a notice for us. Can't plan vacation time at work for the wife and I in this time frame. Be nice if this was announced around opening day so we had the whole summer to work on getting time off!!
