You can get a USB keyboard anywhere that sells keyboards. Best Buy, Micro Center, etc.

Well you see, they are building a new roller coaster. Usually when you assemble one, this would require a crane of some sort. So, I think it is reasonable to assume the crane may be for the construction of GateKeeper.

(-1) for above post.

I'm speechless. And that rarely happens. Also trying to wrap my head around her crazy post. I was for it before I was against it, is wondering through my mind. LOL!

Let me translate:

"Where can I get a USB keyboard, I need one. Anyway, did you guys go 'What is going on at the front edge of the park?'"

What is wrong with a few of GK's footers being in the parking lot? The park is only so big, and it is hard for engineers to squeeze the ride in there enough as it is, behind the merch warehouse and that picnic shelter/ocean motion. Compared to scream at Magic mountain, GK looks great and besides, the people who pay extra to park there will get to be up close with GK.

That is what I find interesting about this whole exchange. Everyone is hollering at becca but yet they know exactly what she is saying. Pretty good testimony to the human brain for being able to decipher things.

For the record, I am NOT "hollering at becca." Except for correcting a typo ("were" instead of "where") I didn't change any words, merely inserted punctuation.

Kind of interesting to see that Becca's grammar is fine, it is only the lack of punctuation that makes it hard to read.

That's the beauty of it. GK won't be in the "parking area" any longer, just next to it. The part of the parking lot as we know it now won't be there any longer. The diagonal part going across the lot (between the beach and main gate) will be landscaped properly with grass and a surrouding fence hopefully, unlike the garbage we see at Six Flags where the coaster flies over the yellow striped lot and parked cars.

So, her grammar is terrible, but her spelling is fine.

At first, I thought you guys were ripping on CP's Becca. :) I was thinking, "Man, leave the poor girl alone!" Tony and Tyler had way better grammar and spelling... ;) lol

Well, I just find Tyler & Tony's updates to be more interesting, not to mention more often. Most of the stuff Becca reports is really just stating the obvious, however she is getting better at it, I'll give her that. I don't really have a problem with her grammar.

OK, so this has prob. been asked already in here, but I must have skimmed over it some how... With the coaster taking up what WAS employee parking, how will that effect the employee parking situation? Making them park in offsite parking lot and busing them in? I know the end of the season they can park back at Soak City, but next year? Can't imagine them to have enough space...

Um, Tony is a TV personality in Milwaukee and Tyler runs Castaway Bay. I'm pretty sure they're not making any blog updates.

^^ I could be wrong but from the animation renderings of Gatekeeper that I've seen, it looks like there is going to be 2 small parking areas by the green merchandise building. These will probably be used for employee parking. Looking at the current park map, a new triangular shaped parking lot directly below the merchandise building and a square 2nd one to the right of it between the building and Gatekeeper's new loading station return track.

I'm kinda hoping that they use that area behind the green building as park expansion, maybe put some more shops and things back there, it would be neat to walk under GK in that area inside the park, maybe even extend further down the beach. Just some thoughts

^ I was hoping for the same originally especially to add in some flat rides, don't think it's going to happen though. In that area, you won't be under GK at all (it's going across the parking lot). The animation rendering looks as though that space is just going to be used for queue, food stand tables, and another fence to be put back up to separate employee parking and space for the white tent. We'll see though....
