Well, T&T have offically started their Project 2007 hinting.

A little birdie told us...

If you ride the Cedar Point & Lake Erie Railroad this week, you might have a little "something extra" to look at along the way...

This is only the beginning.

Is there something new to look at today?

I wonder if vertical construction starts this week.

Well, I doubt it's the footers because it's "something extra".

I saw it. Figures the only day I don't bring the camera.. Anyways they were delivering the most bizarre(sp?) looking supports. It was very interesting to look at. The truck driver said that he delivered them from New York. He didnt know much. Just filling you in on the fun! Maybe they will be going verticle this week too.

This is an interesting entry. I agree they are most likely refering to vertical construction starting this week. Androo, were they delivering more supports to the construction site or were they bringing them to the staging area? Are the new supports a lot differant from the ones we've already seen? Thanks for the update!

Yes they are delivering them to the site. Some look like millennium's supports right after the first over banked turn were they have the turn right before the tunnel close to the ground, and then they had some that I couldn't even figure if they were upside down or not. It's going to be very interesting what ever it is.

All this anticipation is killing me, can august hurry up and come, LOL!

I think they are delivering those supports that Androo is talking about to begin vertical construction.

Once i had a little birdie talk to me and tell me that the new ride at cedar point will not involve water ;)

Now, I know its almost 100 degrees outside, but are you listening to yourself? I could rattle off 100 things more exciting than an announcement about a coaster that I will AGAIN have to wait an entire off-season to ride. Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather "soak up the sun" while it's here!

But hey, I'm a dork too. I just try and keep it to myself.... oops!! ;)

Ever think of this? Maybe this coaster is only "phase one". Why else would they have started construction so soon? I smell something fishy here...and fish live in water, you know. ;)

hahaha.

It does seem odd that it's starting this early.

What ever happen to the theory of Anteik?(spelling) cars being taken down and the ride going through there??

Demon Drop "for sale by owner"

I keep focusing on the "this is only the begining" portion....I'm starting to think that there will definatly be at least one more ride going in, and I wouldn't put another coaster out of the question. There is more than enough time for them to finish this one and another before opening day 2007.

Does anyone know when in August the announcement is going to be?

anyone think that they might be adding a tunnel or other large scenery around CP&LE RR (by the new project)? Because the CP&LE RR has had nearly all of its hidden corridors exposed by new development. I think a tunnel would allow for inside scenery that they're taking away from the development. This may be why they've started so early-extensive scenery does take a long time to build. wha u guys think?

Time to overanalyze a T&T blog entry and decript all their secret messages!

"A little birdie told us..." Obviously, this ride MUST have a bird theme!

"This is only the beginning" They MUST be building multiple rides!

(The preceding post contained copious amounts of sarcasm. I just wanted to say it before somebody comes along who's actually serious about it, which everybody knows will happen.)
