Part of me wants to say Walt & Jeff are leading us to the right when signs are pointing to the left.
Big storage area, I have heard there are large footers and I see something different in the layout of the footers.
I'm not going to speculate too much until we see much more. But I think we will never get a straight answer until there is an official word.
Eventually they're going to reach a point when they're going to run out of blue tarps... ;)

Oh wow...this made my day, haha. I have suddenly become very intrigued by this whole deal. Maybe a trip to the Point in October wouldn't be such a bad idea after all...
Coaster Count: 147
This make my trip tomorrow all the more awsome......even though it's going to rain.

this is very perplexing. things just aren't adding up to me.
bright red doesn't fit in fronteirtown for one. unless they're changing fronteirtown to something more like "main street usa". maybe THAT'S the new direction they were talking about. makes skyhawk's color scheme make more sense. retheming the entire area to be turn of the century small town maybe? red white and blue?
i still can't get over how soon they are building and how soon track is arriving. the only thing that comes to mind there is maybe they have SO MUCH track to bring in, they have to bring it now.
wow, there are just too many ifs right now. but, its fun watching this all unfold and trying to figure it out. :)
oh yeah, that staging area is REALLY far away from the park. they're gonna have to truck or crane it all into the park now too. that's gonna be difficult to do with guests trafficing the causeway. (unless they do it at night or during the off-season)
and where are the supports??? you need supports before track. *** Edited 5/11/2006 3:22:37 AM UTC by halltd***
I saw the truck pull up today on my way to the park. I knew I should have stopped to see what was inside of it. I saw that more "track" was delivered when I left the park and there was a new hunk of blue tarp on site. TTD120, it's going to be raining for the next week to 10 days it looks like (I know, weather is unpredictable). The work they're doing draining the WWL area looks like it may be a bit harder now with the amount of rain heading CP's direction. Glad I made it out there today when I did.

Thanks a lot for posting this!
I'm sure it would have made it's rounds on the enthusiast sites, but to actually have you or Jeff just come out and acknowledge it makes it a lot easier on us here!
That is a good site to see, and Cedar Point going with the tease game agian. All in good fun ;)

But I doubt they will ever run out of red paint!
