News: Cedar Point blog shows footers at WWL site

Ahh. I was more referring to the rod-busting as b-busting, and well, the Teamsters don't exactly have a Mr. Clean past either. Hence the redundancy.

Goodbye MrScott

how many chuck noris's does it take to screw in a light bulb....none chuck norris prefers to kill in the dark haha gotta love the good ol' norris jokes.

anyway, i wish there were two ponds in that area so if we got duelers they could go in different directions and helix in there then come back really close again.

i personally was a big believer in the 500 foot rumor but with all these other ideas they could have and OH the possibilites, I'm second guessing myself

Our tounges our sharp quick this is getting out of hand so tonight were going out in armor dressed to kill

Well if they don't fill in the pond adjacent to the old WWL station and then annex the Antique Cars area there would be two ponds available.

New blog entry about Power Tower but this is what it says at the end
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Speaking of exciting, we have this odd feeling that something’s brewing around the park.

We’ve been calling around trying to get more photos of other happenings at the Point, but for some reason, everyone seems to be busy with “other” projects.

We reckon we'll figure out what's goin' on. *** Edited 3/28/2006 10:25:12 PM UTC by RICHARD LYMAN***

Something's brewing? Maybe were gettin a new Coffee Shop?....;)

99er your such a spoiler.

I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

I think they would announce the new fright zone before any other info on 2007.

After all, the new Fright Zone is coming in 2006.

Does anyone else feel sorry for 2006? Seriously :) Its being neglected.

Of course, after I win that Skyhawk first ride Ill forget all about 2007!

Yes I also feel sorry for 2006, it'll be know as the year of anticipation of the next year.

Nah 99er, we're moving "Donut Time" over there, the footers are for decoration ya see. ;)

When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for Chuck Norris. :)

All my life I've been an obese man trapped inside a fat man's body

Well I don't know what is going in any more than the next guy. I did ride SheiKra at BGT while on vacation 2 weeks ago and although I thought it was great - at the same time at the end of the ride I thought, "That's it?" If CP did a super version of a Dive Machine think it would be awesome. They could even make it a hybrid and turn it into a floorless Dive Machine and it would be the first of it's kind. Just an idea, who knows.

I wouldn't get too worked up over the OnPoint! comment. They're just stirring the pot, so to speak.

Is there any chance that the new fright zone could be at the old WWL station? I don't see much other reason to keep it except for a tribute.

From my understanding, the new fright zone will be located near the front of the park.

I'm with the people who want a microbrewery. Let's see, they could have Lighthouse Point Lager, Power Tower Pale Ale and Wildcat Wheat, among others! :)

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Millenium Malt... Skyhawk Stout...

Boredom Brew..

Did anyone else catch the fact that they used "Reckon," a rather western word? Seems to fit rather well with "Maverick," me thinks!

I am one of the CP goers who enjoys a few frosty brews throughout the day. While I doubt that is what it is, it would be nice to see a little "microbrewery".

I did notice the word reckon...but I must say I dont think we'll hear anything again for a few weeks about the WWL site.

They are not going to over shadow a new ride for 2006 with a premature announcement of a ride for 2007.

A brewery would be cool, but I don't think that would happen. Maybe a new restaurant/bar though.
