I will put this in here instead of another topic since it is already in the general area, but. . .
I was not around to see the Frontier Lift Station in operation, does anyone know of any pictures, or even better video, of the lift while it was in operation.
Thanks

Where (or what building) is the frontier lift station... Is there a picture? If you tell me I will probably know what and where it is...its to the left of skyhawk when looking at the front of it.
Oh, I know what building, thanks.

So yeah, Chuck Norris takes only 30 minutes to watch "60 Minutes." Oh, the Norris jokes are over? I've got a million of 'em...

Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

Chuck Norris was soo last week's internet phenomenon. Don't you know that its all about Snakes on a Plane now?
Did anyone else notice in the Register photo that the swan boat pond was half filled in?
From everyone on the CP&LE, RIP Mayor Scott...~
It does look that way. Well, I always thought that there was a reason the swan boats left other than to just get rid of them.

Dirt isn't the only thing that now resides there...

You know I noticed something when looking at that Register photo. It's like the whole area is torn apart and a huge mess. But when we see it it looks completely fine. It looks fine every year and we'd never know what happened there. It's all the same to us.
I dunno. Call me crazy. It was just a thought I had.
Your right about that though Matt. Cedar Point does an excellent job with doing construction and making it looked like nothing happend. When they built Millennium Force, you could hardly tell that the Frontier Trail was messed with. The only thing you noticed was that the trail just curves off underneath the 2 airtime hills of Millennium Force.
I know this was hit on before but I have been looking at the Funcoast Funcam today and there is a ton of activity going on in the WWL site. I believe there were two backhoes working and a few trucks moving around. I found it to be quite interesting. To view it go to MS and go down to the right a bit.

Theres a big crane around the WWL site right now I believe (funcoast funcam). I wish I was a bird =/
There's construction equipment on a construction site? What is this world coming to?
Goodbye MrScott
John
I believe they have to use cranes to load trains onto the coasters, too, lets not forget. It's getting into testing season.
I am really looking forward to the start of the season. At least then we'll have less speculation, and... oh, wait - who am I kidding? ;)
Seriously, though, of course there's equipment and people on the site. Cranes, excavators, bulldozers, bobcats, backhoes, cement trucks, dump trucks, laborers, rod-busters, teamsters, foremen and probably a CP official or two. This will likely go on until late April/early May, at which point things will get quiet, and we'll get to try and get a peek at what they've done.
This is starting to look like a play-by-play.
