News: CBS picks Cedar Point for latest in "Assignment" series

Maybe they will spill the beans early on Project 2007 while they have a huge PR event like this! I know stupid, but just a thought.

I'm sure there will be something on it. But nothing that we don't know already.

This is awesome!!!, Now we know why Cedar Point is voted No 1!!!!. Im setting my VCR to CBS also.

Its part of CBS Evening news. So whatever time that is on (6:30 or 7).

Friday's evening news. This will be great to see something other than the War in Iraq (or should I say on). Finally, a piece that is a little more upbeat.

If you've paid attention to the news at all over the past two weeks, you would see that the news has been focused primarily on the humanitarian disaster in Lebanon, rather than Iraq. The world is a sad place.

What could CBS possibly cover at CP???

I think they have attractions there, from what I've heard.

I think it's funny that the three choices were CP, a shuffleboard tournament, and a Tiger's game. I'm not gonna lie, I woulda chosen a Tiger's game over CP. Not because I'd rather go to Tigers game (I'd much rather go to CP), but because the Tiger's are doing something sensational that I think deserves some broad national attention away from ESPN. As for the shuffleboard tournament... well that was the funny part.

They will be in the park Tomorrow... and so will I!

My response is quite off topic but I saw the Tigers play today in Cleveland. It's quite amazing what there doing, I am now wishing them all the luck I might have.

The CBS Evening News website didn't have any mention about CP or their trip with his dad, and the Assignment American page also didn't have anything mentioned. Does anyone else know?

Actually I think it is on at 6:30. Not the main story of course though.
