It's just a joke. Any person could realize that those were not taken while driving.
What I was actually getting at is that the people who took the pictures jumped out of the car, got the pictures they wanted, and ran back to the car all with-in 2 minutes. Not necessarily a “Drive by” I know, but it sounds funnier.

TTD 120mph, I'll give you some credit! Don't be too hard on yourself.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
Was there again on sunday, and the markings that were near mine ride are now so faded that you cant see them anymore unless you really look hard.
Looks like they are in no hurry to start whatever it is that they are going to do.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Was the marker still in that little patch of grass in front of the SRF queue?

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
Actualy, I did not look for the srf markings. The only marking that was visible was a white arrow between srf and mr.

I noticed right by Snake River Falls there was a big patch of dirt. Along with the marker. Maybe this is a marking for a station or something.
Wait, you mean there was no more grass in that little square of land, or that there was a pile of dirt close to the marker? was the solid white box still beside the wood marker? *** Edited 8/11/2005 3:37:09 AM UTC by BlueStreak64***

There was a pile of dirt by the marker but it was smoothed out a little so it looked like they were doing work but then covered it up.
Interesting.

Has anyone noticed any kind of markings going to Cedar Point Recently? Especially with school starting and the park only open until 8 these days. I was thinking maybe we'd have the railcar opened up by now as well.
Nope, nothing....:(
I looked really good last week.......
I hope I missed something. :)

I saw these weird yellow tags on CCMR's wood supports. It's a 99.9% that it was absolutly nothing.
Though, I did see something odd while on MS(next to Dragster's engines). It was a pair of red and black half circles (I don't know how to really explain it).
But again, probibly nothing. Can anyone tell me if they've seen them on MS as well. They looked kind of new to me.

About a week and a half ago I was down by the Magnum turn-around taking some Magnum pictures and noticed these markings: http://www.dotphoto.com/Go.asp?l=CedarPoint&P=guest&AID=2776156&T=1
It probably isn't anything major, especially considering how far it is from the park, but none the less they are "markings." They are probably just replacing the fence.
