I cringe every time I see the word "your" used to mean "you are." And it's done a lot on this forum. A lot.
Hey you guys i was just thinking about what tony and tyler said and here is what i came up with check it out http://www.s-spower.com/coasters/airlaunch/airlaunch.ph This is what thay could get cause thay said something about track left from the dragster or something like that.
This is what im thinking!!!!
And here is a few more ideas http://www.s-spower.com/coasters/high-thrill/high-thrill.php and this one too http://www.s-spower.com/coasters/freefly/freefly.php but these are just food for thought i have to disagree with some of the comments about a water ride but hey that is just my opinion!!!!!
Can you imagine how bad of a capacity nightmare all of those would be? Not to mention the 4th Dimension is only a prototype.

Hoping to one day build these great machines that we affectionatly call "Coasters"
Well the X Is An operational Coaster at six flags magic mountain in Cali.so i would not consider it to be a prototype ride.

too all you saying that the big rides aren't for the GP then were any of you at CP on opening day where the line was 17 hours long... and they had employees whose jobs were to hold people's places in line to go to the restroom? Sounds like ONLY enthusiasts in line to me.and when you go to the park and get in line, are you waiting in line for SRF or thunder canyon... no, but there is a 2 hour wait to ride TTD. It's obvious what rides attract people and what rides are there the fill the lineup or what-not. I have waited 3 hours in line to get a ride on millie or maverick and I doubt the line for this so called flume will get that long even on opening day. So, if you think a flume is for the GP your wrong, the GP going to Cedar Point to ride the tallest, fastest, steepest, longest, coasters in the world.
when ttd opened up, people from all different countries from all over the world traveled to ride it, a flume will never draw that..... CP wants to make money, they will build a coaster. Simple as that, which is what it hopefully will be....
I was there on opening day and I didn't see one line 17 hours long ;) I understand that was an exaggeration, but the lines weren't bad at all.
First rollback=opening weekend '09

Apparently our definitions of "operational" differ slightly.

I guess I just assumed you were talking about Cedar Point since this thread is about Cedar Point and the new attraction at Cedar Point on this website all about Cedar Point. Oh and becaue you didn't even hint at KD or Carrowinds. My mistake...what was I thinking?
I still say it is a log flume, but I had a neat dream where it was an EPIC wooden coaster with more than one inversion, then again TTD turned into a mix of itself of and the Eiffel Tower. Yes, the coaster spanned the entire park and even had an entire Lake Erie section. Magnum sunk.

Not only that. But the X at MM was an Arrow design, not S&S.

While Cedar Point will NOT be getting a 4d anytime soon, to be fair Arrow merged with S&S I believe and produced another true 4d coaster in 2006.

They didn't merge. Arrow went bankrupt and s&s bought them
Just posted on twitter: "We're getting closer to our 2010 announcement. We narrow down the list of possibilities this week."What possibilities could there be?
I hope that it will be really cool what ever it is! I hope it won't be a huge bathroom on the island! JK!
Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs
they'll probably narrow it down to a coaster or water ride ,,thats my guess. which that wont help us at all
Actually i think i figuered it out ,, they are rethemeing all the electric lemonade stands to Whyte Lightning lemonade , the biggest one of which will be on millie island with a Whyte Lightning themed bathroom
No one has yet to disagree with me that roller coasters are what Cedar Point is about. Yes, there are family rides and not-so-thrill rides, and Cedar Point has rides for everyone--that is what makes it a truly great park. But CP is not recognized internationally as a family park: it is "America's (Rockin') Roller Coast."
Someone made a good point about the water ride being special. If it is an amazing ride and one-of-a-kind then I would be happier.
Really, though, for all of the roller coasters the park has, it does not have a great woodie. No matter how many roller coasters it has, it will never be complete without a great woodie.
Undomesticated equines could not remove me.
