Back into topic. i will be happy if it is a flume or a water coaster. As long as you get log flume wet not SRF wet. Can anyone think of a wooden coaster that had a splashdown ending? It could be cool but the wood might rot. :)

coolkid2345, have you ridden Diamondback? I personally think it's one of the best rides out there. Tons of air time. I think Intimidator looks pretty awesome as well. And T, Billy Madison IS a great movie:) And Whyte Lightning, we are ALL waiting to hear more of what you have to say heehee . . .

Yes I have. Last Thursaday for ERT because the beast was closed for it. The only things I did like were the trains and the splashdown ending.

Intimadator looks like it will hurt your head and it looks like it wont have as good capacity as alot of other GIGA's. Like the trains though. Chevy on the front.

That's not entirely for sure. It may not turn out to be MASSIVE like DB or Behemoth but they're still marketing it as "record breaking" and "history making". It could just top out at 200ft and still have a decent length. Not to mention that they're getting a big tax break from the state for where they're putting it.

Directly from the article, "Such fee-in-lieu-of-taxes deals often insulate a company from property tax increases for a set number of years." They probably still have to pay sales tax on the purchase of the ride. Which is the only tax that would affect the upfront cost of the ride.
