You're right, it was hilarious.

I just ckecked the web cam and there appears to be people in line and getting on the ride right now.

Probably for media purposes. Isn't Media Day coming up soon ;-)

They generally shoot b-roll for the ride well in advance of media day, and preferably when the sun is out.

The lights around maXair are awesome. They make the ride look cool. They have also added a games sign by the skill sign.

As it gets darker, that area is looking better and better. It even stands out from the TTD Tower cam on the CP website. I'm happy to see all of the lights on.

It really sticks out!!
Any more lights and Cedar Point will be visable from space.:)

Cedar Point is ridiculously easy to see from a plane approaching Cleveland from the west or north. The lighting from Dragster and the third hill of Millennium Force in particular throw a lot of white, bright light straight up. You can see it when flying over downtown Cleveland on approach to Hopkins.

Dang, I didnt know you could see it from that far away...Thats pretty cool...

With all the flying I've done this year, I always get cheated out of the view. I'm either on the wrong side of the plane or there's a 1,000 foot ceiling.
