I think a mock-up made of wood that they pulled through with rope....sort of like what they did with Ka.

Here's a picture of Millennium's pull through.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
That MF pull-through is using the train though. I know how that works. But, to me, it doesn't make sense to do a "track alignment" pull-through without the real item that is going to ride the rails. I can see a mocked up piece of plywood for clearance, but not for alignment of the track.
But, I've never built a coaster (unfortunately), so I can't be positive if its true or not. It does surprise me that TnT didn't post pics of it though.
The trains could definitely be on site. At least a couple cars from one of the many trains could be there for testing purposes. It was like 2 months ago Gary mentioned they were already under construction and he'd seen photos from which he could tell they were going to look awesome.
I can definitely see the logic behind 2 pull-throughs. You don't want to do your only pull-through after the canyons are built and find out you have to dig everything up again and move a footer 3.5 inches. Likewise, you don't want your only pull-through to happen before the canyons are scenery are in place and miss the fact that my sasquatchian arms can hit the southern wall of canyon number #2, breaking my arm and earning CP an out-of-court settlement.

It said in the last update in the diary entry that the trains are on site but, we won't be seeing pictures for another couple weeks or so.
Should be cool to see pictures of them

Noooooo, it's not true! Say it's not sooo!! >_<
Well ok thats true but he also said "few". "Few" is somewhere around 3-6 days. So if it ends up being 7 days or even 14 days then he's a liar and should have said a few weeks.
Jeeze, when are they going to get it right!!!:)

Very nice from that picture. Hope I will still think the same when we see the whole train.
Thrills Around the Corner!
Looks like they made the OTSR's a little thicker - that should be nice - those things were almost sharp on stormrunner and kingda ka.
