Holy crap. OK saw pics of what he is talking about and he is right.....WTF!? The only thing I can think they would be are lower parts of taller supports. But there is a line of supports on both sides of the supposed launch and or brake run running the entire length of the site. All of the new supports are the same height.

That's what I thought they would be for too.
If they are all the same height it leads me to believe that there will be more supports added. This will be a high point of the ride.... not necessarily highest!
Where did you see the pics at?
Platinum has it's perks. So does living exactly 97.5 miles from King's Island and Cedar Point
I found a site with pictures. If you want to see them, PM me and I will give you the link. I am not going to violate Pointbuzz rules and post the link directly in the thread.

OOHHHHHH - I'm diggin the new pics. I knew there would be multiple layers of track. Its going to be sorta like Mean Streak where the lower track rides underneath the upper one. So, the supports are on your sides. That adds to the sense of speed too because you're flying past objects. :)
Totally Wicked!!
Yea...Those supports are completely out of this world. It looks as if those supports are only going to be taller :)
That might not be the proposed station area after all with all those supports in that area. I'm beginning to become a tiny bit more excited than i was. A serious understatement. :)
There is nothing quite like becoming a human windshield on Millennium Force
I have yet to see the newest pictures, but it sounds like the place we thought the station was going to be is not actually going to be the station. I always thought that area was too low to be where the station would be. However, I could still be wrong and the station could be there. I also think the WWL que line that was left behind would not accomodate a line for a major coaster. I think the WWL station will go, the antique cars will be be changed in some way, and more tress will be eliminated by the time everything is said and done.
I have believed for a few months now that there is something big that we are missing. There is a reason they started so early. I don't know what it is, but it has something to do with a major part of the ride. The secrecy behind this project is amazing.
There's a new sign up that says something close to "This is something you've never seen before." I know I have no proof but I've just heard it over at Coaster Force.
Can we just post the damn link?
I mean honestly...if we can link to the ORLY owl i think we can do a link to an outside site...
Basically... Put up or shut up :)

Linking to the ORLY owl doesn't break PB policy...
Linking to other CP or Coaster sites does...
Ripcord Crew 2002 / MF Crew 2004
I just saw the new pictures and I am more confused than ever. I think I have officially stopped guessing what the ride might be. Thanks CPGuru for the link!

Just like Doug and Josh M. said, linking to another website is against PB policy, which I am not going to break. If you want the link, PM me.
Edit. You're welcome raptor2

What if you're in a tunnel? You won't see the objects you are flying past. :)

I don't know about the part where you said that White Water Landings station would go, because I seen footers in the station the last time I was there. Maybe it was old footers from the rotating floor, who knows. I just hope that the old White Water Landing station stays. And I think they've elimanated all the trees that they needed to for this project. I agree that the queue left behind won't be able to accomodate project 2007, but they will keep the rails that are still standing.
The footings inside the station are from the old turntable. I'm even more convinced than ever that the station is going now. :)
The new supports are either for the lift hill, a series of heartlines, or just a higher level of track.
Spank you for the link, I saw those new pictures and I'm really confused... yeah.

You know what be pretty scary(for other people) if the new ride had a tunnel and at the end of it there is a hologram machine. It makes it look like the track is broken and you're going to crash. Then you fly through it screaming like crazy.
