I've got a couple questions...

So if you have a car you can drive to work correct? Do you have to wait in line like paying guests or is there a back way or anything? Or do you have to time it just right to make it on time? Also, how do you clock in? Do you just show up and your "manager" or "leader" knows your working? How does that all work...

You may drive to work if you have a vehicle, but you must also go through the toll booths like everyone else. So if you're not starting work until say, 11:30, it's a good idea to leave with plenty of time. It's not uncommon to see cars backed up down the Causeway shortly after opening. This is one of the things I like about opening shifts at an ERT attraction, is that you're there before almost anyone else, and miss the rush entirely.

As for clocking in... there are time clocks throughout various parts of the peninsula. Certain departments, however, require that you use certain time clocks. Additionally, some departments write your arrival and departure times on paperwork at your departmental location that is then turned it. So, it really varies based on where you're working. You'll be instructed as to these procedures when you have your departmental training after processing in.
