Is it possible to get a walkon to TTD?

I'm pretty sure a few years ago, it was Longaberger. I think that was the year TTD opened.

Any Friday, or Sunday during halloweekends. I would go almost every weekend both days and one night had 17 rides on dragster, along with multiple other rides. MF was a longer wait then TTD these days it seemed. TTD was walk into an empty station, MF was a line on the ramp.

It was like that ALL day. There was no-one behind is in line either. If I didn't want to go ride something else, I could have re-rode a billion times.

I'd probably faint if I saw a "line" like that all day. God knows I'd be riding all day long.

Well, look's like I'm going to be making more trips in October.:)

No, not opening day...we were there all opening weekend this past year, because everyone at the park kept telling us that if we stuck it out till monday, the park would be virtually empty.

Wow were they right. But think: most people are still at work/school, no one is on vacation...that first monday was incredible.

Of course, SkyHawk broke, and it was down, but all season long we remembered our walk-ons to MF and TTD. What a great day to ride-on. :) again and again

I'm going to be there that Monday this year, I just decided. I hope the park will still be that empty even though the park opens a week later than normal.

Vince, you will be sooo glad if you go on Monday.

I guarantee you that you'll be walking on TTD and MF...especially with Maverick opening...which should be about...oh a 2 minute wait.

Vince, i went to cedar point the first tue. it was open and walk on just about everything exept for a 15 min wait for dragster.

The only thing I can see affecting it is that this year the park opens a week later than last.

The park is always dead during the week in May. I enjoy my Thursday Night - Mon Morning work week then. :)

If you are a line jumper, then sure. They seem to have that kind of luck.

Line jumpers are a disgrace. I wouldn't really call them having luck, it's more like stupid luck. Plus, saying "They seem to have that kind of luck" makes it sound like line jumping is a good thing to do. Any line jumper that dares to try and jump me in line will quickly have his or her good luck turn to bad luck.

And this hasn't been mentioned but being the fastest "bull" doesnt matter in Dragsters case since it, most of the time, tests past the park opening to the public. So youre still going have to wait no matter what.

And there's a perfectly good coaster THAT WORKS only a few steps away. Just keep walking and its big, red and on your right (if coming from the front of the park).

That's getting very old........and annoying. You guys will never be happy.

And slavishly defending a ride that even the Cedar Fair CEO admitted was a mistake never gets tiresome...

He said "worst business decision"! Never did he say it was a mistake as a coaster. And that was what, 2 years ago!?

Why does this always happen!? Nobody can just let this crap go! Somebody always has to say something about its past performance or about it compared to other rides.....let it go, move on.
