Fright Lane was just for haunts.

KI's Fright Lane just got you into the haunts. You had to buy a Fast Lane wristband if you wanted the same perk for the rides. IIRC, you could only use the Fright Lane pass one time per house.

Still no halloweekends.com yet.

soon... hopefully.

^ Wasn't it up last year by this time already?

I think they put it up right after Labor Day...

If they are going to do it, it should be any day now.

I like the site... I think it looks really cool, but it's not like it's 100% necessary. They could put all of the information on the Cedar Point webpage just the same.

That being said, I still like it and hope that they publish it this year.

Kings Island tweeted that their site would be up in a matter of days, so I assume CP's site should be up around the same time.

Cedar Point has updated their ticket prices for the rest of the year. Parking has gone up to 15.00. Preferred parking is now 25.00 and a one day ticket for Saturday and Sunday is 44.99 (says save 10.00 off gate price). Saturday night starlight is 42.99. Friday and Sunday starlight is now 35.99. All of this information and more can be found on cedarpoint.com, under the tickets page.

Man! I remember when I started going back in 2000, parking was only $8.00! Now it's $15.00?! That's crazy!

I saw a segment about Halloweekends on a Toledo news station yesterday morning, and they did mention ticket prices going up $5. I'm not surprised, given the crowds they've seen the last couple of years.

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun

So glad I have a Platinum pass and don't have to pay for that parking. I wonder what the limit is for what people will pay for parking. another $5-$10 and it will be just as bad as the parking at the Browns games.

Didn't parking jump from $10 to $12 late last year? Now $12 to $15 late this year? Or is my timing off?

If you think our parking is bad look at Six Flags.

I think it's been happening for a few years now that parking fees have increased for HW.

Brandon

Regardless, it makes an even stronger case for a Platinum Pass now. Platinum increased $14 over last year, but the cost of a single visit has just increased $6 at just 1 of the many parks.

(For the record, I have a feeling that my friends are not going to renew their Platinum Passes next year, so I'm debating how much I'll actually use it without them.)

Six Flags is charging like $22 for regular parking at some of their parks. None of the Six Flags parks offer parking lower than $15 anymore.

Kings Island haunt website is now active.
