While the official HalloWeekends site isn't up just yet, the 2011 Fright Guide can be found here:
"Thank the Phoenicians!"
And the Halloweekends site is now live!
Terror Island will still be around (yay!) and The Asylum has been re-named the Eternity Infirmary. There is even a special Halloweekends Blog (by Becca). The whole site has been redesigned, and its actually very user friendly. Check it out!
EDIT: There is also a new "Zombie Tours" option. Similar to the normal VIP Experience in the park, and for an additional $75/person, groups of up to 12 get front-of-the-line access to all the indoor haunted houses (Eerie Estates, Happy Jack's Toy Factory, Club Blood, and Eternity Infirmary) as well as two outdoor walk-throughs (Blood on the Bayou and Cornstalkers). For the price, you also get advanced seating at two shows. Interesting.

My guess is that they want to keep the "scary" attractions seperate from the "family" attractions. Its a pain for those who want information on both, but I'm guess that's the way its going to stay, with the shows and the haunts on seperate sites.
I had a feeling that might be their thinking, although I thought The Edge of Madness was considered an "adult"/"scary" show.

Perhaps it was mentioned before, but it looks like Fright Zone will be replaced with Maniacal Mechanical Screamworks. I saw a display on the Frontier Trail when I was at the park last week and wondered what it was about. I'm interested to see what that will be like. The Halloweekends site doesn't offer much info about their attractions.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
I'm pretty sure the Fright Zone skull will be returning in a gold-plated/brass color scheme for Maniacal Mechanical Screamworks. Not sure how I feel about the painted version, though. It didn't look that great in the light of day.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
